This location was underwhelming. There was no greeting or enthusiasm from the staff, and one employee appeared disengaged and displayed an attitude while preparing the sandwiches.
Excess toppings from previously made sandwiches had accumulated around the topping station and was not cleaned. The sandwich prep board still had vinegar residue from a prior order and was not wiped down before the next sandwich was prepared. I visited around 1:00 PM, and the area was already a mess.
While the store itself appeared clean, the service and upkeep of the topping station need significant improvement. Cleanliness and customer service should be a priority. Especially the area where you are making someone’s food.
After reading the review responses, I’m not sure who Marvin is. However, if you are the manager who was in the store on 12/20 around 1:00 PM, there is a clear need to address customer service expectations with the staff. Greater attention should also be given to cleanliness in the prep area, as it was not properly maintained.

Reason they got 2 stars. Is that, the meat to bread ratio is a 2. My sandwich was lacking ham and full of lettuce. As much as I love the sandwich. I felt like I was eating bread and lettuce only. I notice since last year. The ham is scarce. Looks like I won’t be ordering anymore.

Great Jersey Mike’s Location! The staff is so friendly and they really do a great job making it feel like it’s your local sandwich shop, they care about their customers, move fast, and made got a regular customer out of me. Shoutout to Ryan, Deandre, Alyssa and the team for being awesome.

We placed a catering box order yesterday at Jersey Mike’s, and while it was supposed to be ready when we arrived, there was a mix-up. The assistant manager, Marquis, handled it perfectly professional, caring, and extremely apologetic. They immediately got to work making every sandwich fresh on the spot, and Ryan made each one perfectly. Honestly, the sandwiches were so fresh and delicious that I couldn’t even be upset about the delay.
It’s rare to see an entire staff that genuinely cares, but everyone there was working hard, keeping the line moving, and staying friendly the whole time. The store was busy, and I can absolutely see why it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Great service, great people, and great food!
To be honest, I was very surprised how good the sandwiches were.

The employees there are very careful with the food and care about the service they are providing. my son has a gluten allergy and they were very thorough with cleaning the machinery before making his sandwich and they really took pride in their work. I was very happy with my service. And sandwiches are delicious. I highly recommend

I was a little disappointed first of all they never asked me what kind of bread I wanted they just took it upon themselves to put it on whatever bread they felt like and also they have to stay off the phone while making people sandwich sandwiches. They literally have their phone propped up On FaceTime with people instead of attending to the customer and making sure the sandwich is right maybe the manager can speak with them

Meeh, nothing to ride home about. Our meatball sub had no real seasoning. Basically eating cooked meat with very little sauce. No seasoning on the meat. Also expensive. $8 for a meatball sub & about $7 for a tiny mini that was basically a hamburger bun. Worker was bored could have used a better attitude when asking about the sizes. Not interested in returning.

while i love jersey mikes, they need to improve on their customer service/staffing issues. we walked in and it was visible the staff had no idea what they were doing and were backed up. there was already about 5 people waiting and about 3 more groups of people to walk in behind us. we stood there for about 20 minutes and were not even acknowledged. one of the employees we even continuing to pull online orders instead of simply saying hello to us sorry for the delay. we were just so fed up from waiting we had to leave. when we were driving away we also saw the people that were behind us walking out. a simple acknowledgment could’ve made us stay longer. staffing problems and the way customers are treated definitely need to be addressed.

Imagine walking in and there’s only two people ahead of you yet It takes them 20 minutes to get the sandwich out to you and after you finally get the sandwich the bread is stale.. that’s Jersey Mikes in Bellmore on 11/22

I stopped in for a quick pickup, and the staff were amazing from the start. The lady at the counter greeted me warmly and let me know someone would be right with me. Bron and Adrian prepared my sandwiches , following all the special instructions. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the place was clean. I highly recommend it!
