I’ve been to this location twice and today was an awesome experience. As one that works in the food industry I notice people that have that charisma to genuinely enjoy working with people and Carlos is one of them. They guy had awesome people skills and was surprised how kind he was. Hopefully management or the owner reads this review because he needs to be acknowledged for his great customer service skills that sadly not many inherit. Thanks again, Carlos.

Absolutely horrible. Used to come to this location once a week. They have had constant employee turnover which has led to this location being horrible. On to today’s visit:
Went in no usual hello when I walked in. When I got to the counter, the guy said what kind of bread… Proceeded to give him my order: a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese. Fast for a BLT with extra cheese just bacon toasted, followed up with just a little bit of lettuce tomato and a half an avocado(typical for a footling). Here’s what he built: 4 pieces of bacon(supposed to be 8 for a BLT), 6 pieces of cheese and a quarter of a avacado.
When I he asked what else, I responded with what was missing and he was really telling me that I was in the wrong. I really went hard on the avacado and he was all it’s a second charge.. I was like dude, a quarter goes on a 6 inch and half goes on the foot long. You only put a quarter. He really was arguing me with what he put to the point the other person in line even agreed that the piece he grabbed was only a quarter. I finally said you know it it’s not worth it and left. Stay away, go to the subway on hoover and Imperial. The people that work there know how to make a sandwich and have great customer service.

Came here to eat 2 six inch meals with my girlfriend and had the worst experience. My girlfriend paid with her card and when I went to get a coke for her and a strawberry Fanta for me the soda dispenser was empty (coming out clear and flat). I notified the employee and they did nothing about it. We grabbed 2 bottles (coke and sprite) from the cooler and the employee said we would have to pay extra for them. We said we would pay the difference as we already paid for 2 fountain drinks that were not being used. I attempted to pay with EBT and the employee stated she couldn’t do it and started insulting me saying that she works 2 jobs and doesn’t pay with EBT. I’m so offended! My girlfriend stated to refund the charge so we can pay correct amount for drinks but she said she couldn’t do refunds and continued to insult us for attempting to use EBT even when we never charged my EBT card. I’m leaving a unsatisfied customer service. DON’T EVER SUPPORT THIS STORE! I definitely won’t!

We ordered catering for a champagne party and one of the heavy guys got our order wrong. He gave us attitude when we were going to collect our order yesterday morning (sandwiches and cookies). The bottom of the sandwich bun was soggy and not very tasty. The chocolate chip cookies were burnt and were not edible. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but they need to get rid of this guy. He doesn’t do orders right (our second experience with him and he messed up both times) and he gives attitude when he’s wrong each time. Hire better people.

I will never go here to order. I order from Grubhub, and they forgot my order, which was for my granddaughter. I order her oatmeal raisins, and chocolate milk, and I didn’t even get what I order. I even order me a salad, and it wasn’t a full salad. I do not recommend anyone to even place their order. Go to a nother Subway
