unorganized. they attract a certain crowd because for whatever reason they sell scratch off lottery tickets . Not sure why. They short you on the coffee. Guy who ordered after me had to tell the lady to fill up the cup to the top. (something I wish I did) Prices are fair and bagels are good. Lastly, they over charge .50 cents if you pay with credit card. Something that should be disclosed prior to sale.
