I called and waited to have my order taken for 9 minutes, only to be hung up on. When I presented in person to retrieve info to make a complaint, Khalid (or so he says) wanted to play word salad. He walked around inattentive to my requests and lied multiple times when asked about ownership. Its good to know my business is a joke! Never again will I waste my time with this establishment!

I’m always down for some good fresh fried chicken and fries. Its never a long wait here. You put your order in, they cook and you’re out the door. Chicken tenders are always juicy and never dry. They give you big servings and its worth every dollar. Their catfish is good and fluffy as well. 75 wings for $100 is not a bad deal at all. Hot fresh and ready, just the way I like my chicken.

Stopped by to pick up lunch for my family around 12:15 pm today only to be disappointed when I got home. I ordered a chicken combo (3 wings & 3 legs) with fries, (5 wings & 5 legs) with fries, and okra and macaroni & cheese ala carte. The chicken is extremely dry and tastes old because the skin was hard and tough to chew. And other pieces of the chicken’s skin were soft and bald in various places. Which would indicate that the chicken was battered improperly.
However, I did call the store and spoke to Mohammed. He asked me to bring it back and he’d replace it. This is such an inconvenience because I’ve made it home and cannot go back there today. As a result, we’re still without lunch for today. SMH.
From now on, I’ll make sure to check my food before leaving the restaurant. I’ve worked in restaurant and retail management for over 30 years and I would never serve or sell anything that I wouldn’t eat. Check and recheck before serving to ensure accuracy and quality.

Great wings and fries! I called in a large morning order before the tailgate and it was ready in 10 mins. The guy at the front was friendly, i got in and out with a couple of minutes.

They customer service sucks they lazy lie about when they closing don’t listen to you fully or let you finish placing your order before trying to rush you to give you a price. The food good because they follow the recipe and sometimes they don’t do that properly. Service sucks and depending on the cook the food just like the service I give them half a star
