Me and my friends came in and the server man had a stank attitude no shade. He wouldn’t interact with us other than rude stares and seemed really annoyed. Also ice machine had black particles coming out of it into the cup. And Diet Pepsi tasted chemically and over sweet. Other than that the store was clean. He also said he didn’t have a sandwich even though it was right there in the menus and got mad when we ordered it.

Went in to order 3 sandwiches. The guy working there was very rude and had us waiting and didn’t even acknowledge us in there for around 10 minutes. When I went to order the sandwiches he Just stared at me Very rude. I requested a 6 inch and It was more like a 4 inch. I tried ordering a sandwich that was on the menu and he told me It wasn’t on the menu. Ordered a Drink and It Tasted terrible the Ice had this black particles in it. I Do not normally Leave bad reviews But this was terrible and I will not be coming back. Keep in Mind me and my 2 friends were the only people in the building. At least the Store was decently clean.

I ordered an hour ahead of time and was given a confrontation of 2:40. I got here at 2:45 for extra time. No customers. Employee stated at first that she didn’t get the order, after showing her the confirmation order, she got upset, started making sandwiches and said, “You’re just going to have to wait. I didn’t get the order until now.” It is 2:50. Bad customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. There are ongoing issues that have not been resolved in the recent past. Management is letting this franchise crash and burn with no excuse. Check out the timestamp on the pic taken for proof. This is another direct outcome of why this company has lost its spot in fast food. Disgusting service.

Placed an order via mobile app but when arrived, the orders didn’t go through even though I got transaction notification. Attempted to order again and finally went through, the first one was refunded. They made a sandwich pretty quick. Tastes good

Today my wife went to subway to get a tuna salad and cold cut combo salad. What we ended up is ridiculous. I called the store to complain and let them know this was unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she said I was speaking to the store supervisor. She tried to blame us the customer for only having toppings as our salad instead of looking at their own menu and the description of the salads. No other subway makes a salad without lettuce first unless the customer states they do not want lettuce! The photos below show exactly what the salads come with …. Read your own menu description. Lettuce and toppings but the night supervisor kept putting the blame on us the customer. The other photos show what our $7.00 salad looks like – salad toppings. I will never go back to this location after this bad experience as well as a night supervisor that blames the customer. Poor customer service skills!

We ordered online for a 1pm pickup. We were on time and there was ONE employee working. A family came in so she was serving them. She did the best she could but the manager or owner blew it. We have now waited 30min and she just started on our order because in person people keep coming in. Absolutely unacceptable. I want to reiterate…the one employee who was here did her best and probably deserves a raise.

Wife & I went in for our nephew’s baseball team with an order for 4 footlong and 2 six inch subs, but the person on duty wouldn’t make it since she would only make 2 footlongs per person. We left and went to the Subway off San Pedro who did a great job.

Don’t order online… ordered a footlong the first time and had to wait in the line anyway because they made a 6inch. This time, I ordered a footlong BMT— you can see the bread is clearly old and falling apart and this is “extra” pickles and sauce. Another time, I used the app and picked up the sandwich with my name on it only to arrive home and find a completely different sandwich inside. Poor customer service for their own mistakes.

The guy that made my sandwich made it such a mess he was so disrespectful and rude kept giving awful looks then top top it off he squeezed my sandwich thinking I wasn’t gonna dine in once I saw it I immediately asked for another worker to remake my food i so do not reccomwnt coming in when this guys working.
