The food at Yummies is very affordable and delicious, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I’ve had some great conversations there and definitely gotten some good food there. I definitely recommend their tomato veggie soup and their grilled cheeses!

Came in today to grab food before the 1pm movie and walked into a very unfriendly atmosphere. One girl working and weather or not was short staffed we were not greeted, nothing was said to us for the entire time we stood waiting to be served as she was waiting on 1 table. Even when she took our order there was no communication other then what can I get you

I agree that the service and friendliness was great. The burger seems processed from somewhere and the grilled cheese was toast with a piece of cheese in the middle, not melted. Maybe just a off day, because it has been good before?

Super nice staff! It wasn’t on the menu, but they were happy to make a tuna melt for me and a vegetarian sandwich for my hubby. It was raining that day, and I really appreciated that warm, toasty, cheesy, yummy sandwich! Good coffee. Really adorable inside, very welcoming. (Sadly, we were so hungry, we forgot to take photos while we were there, passing through, on my ancestry tour. My great-grandparents were married in St Johnsbury in 1886, so this was one of many stops on a road trip to get a feel for what life was like in the 1880s in Vermont.)

When I walked into Yummies at the Star Theatre, all staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager. I believe her name was Karen. The prices are very affordable!! I love the fact that it is a movie theme decor. It is a great spot to get a quick, easy lunch at a low price! When my friend and I went, I had a cup of the chicken noodle soup and a ham and Swiss sandwich, which I may say, it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! My friend ordered a cheeseburger. When we were about to leave, we decided we wanted to have ice cream. I only had room for a small maple cream cone, and she had a chocolate milkshake. Let me just tell you, the ice cream will perfectly melt in your mouth. I HIGHLY suggest if you are ever in the area, to try Yummies! It was all delicious at a very decent price!
