Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. I ordered The Big New Yorker and the pizza was over cooked and dry. And the Cinnabons were horrible with almost no frosting on them. They use doordash for delivery and everything arrived about an hour after estimated and cold.

Really horrible experience.
I had a very poor experience picking up an order late Friday night. The staff was not helpful at all. I waited approximately 15 minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged me, even though an employee clearly saw me standing there.
When someone finally came from the back, she was visibly upset that she had to assist me and refused to provide her name when asked. My order (Ticket #0131, 1/16/26 at 12:14 AM) had been sitting on the oven the entire time I was waiting.
To make matters worse, the pizza was dry and almost burnt, yet the employee continued to be rude instead of addressing the issue. Customer service was completely unacceptable.
I’m not sure who is managing this location, but this employee needs proper training on basic customer service and respect. I will be contacting the manager and corporate to report this experience.

I ordered carry out because I like the pizza hot from the oven. My order supposed to be ready at 2:46. I arrived at 2:40. No one was at the front. At 2:46 I called hello several times and I saw my pizza out laying on the counter. When the guy came and handed me my pizza it was cold. I told him that he responded: “ warm it up “. I stopped by this pizza shop and honestly the experience was disappointing. There was no menu available, which made ordering confusing. The staff member I interacted with was rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience rather than welcome. On top of that, the restroom was not clean at all, which is concerning for a food place. I hope the management takes customer service and cleanliness more seriously in the future.

WARNING: I ordered from them, being an order out only establishment, was charging me a delivery charge. Are you kidding me. That is the only thing they do. Canceled my order. Not good business practice. Business trying to squeeze more money out of people already struggling for what they already do normally. I was already tipping the driver 15% to drive 3-5 minutes to my house to help them out.

Every week we try pizza from a different place. This week it was Pizza Hut. It’s been years since I’ve tried it. We ordered the Big New Yorker. My kids really liked the flavor, but I thought it was just ok and waaaay too greasy. Pizza delivery was fast but the pizza arrived looking like it had been shaken around. One piece was folded in half on itself. Pizza wasn’t very hot and I had to slice it myself since they had done a poor job cutting it. The quest for the best pizza continues.

Great food! I order during the day an in the afternoon and food is excellent. This place doesn’t put less toppings when you use a coupon like other pizza places. The delivery and customer service phone reps give excellent service and if the ever make a mistake on toppings sauce or something they make it right with no arguments. Awesome food and service thanks
