This is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. I come to this location every Sunday afternoon, after a hard days work on my property. Not sure if it’s specifically the Sunday afternoon crew or not, but, they’re awesome! Food is always hot, fresh, tasty, and the fries are always fresh for me too. This is one of the few fast food places that I actually enjoy eating, and their actual food could be used to shoot BK commercials in my opinion. Just everything I look for in a place like this, they nail!

This place must have a special personal touch because the fries were the best at any Burger King that I ever had. Then the Original Chicken Sandwich was also the best I’ve had – it was served at its perfect peak. They must really have it figured out!

I gave all 5 stars because it is rare to get that great customer service anymore. (way to go for the Cambridge ohio store) Plus the 4.99 double cheeseburger meal is a great value. Filled me up. Thanks.

The worst place I have ever seen. Food is ok but expensive, the tables are the worst problem here!!!! They are all stuck to the floor and can’t move!!! How the hell is a heavy set person supposed to sit down when they dont move for them to sit down? This place is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY INCONSIDERATE!!!! And not to mention the bathrooms being out of order? What the hell? My husband is going to go into the women’s next time because his was out of order so next time he is going into the women’s if they don’t get it fixed! I swear this place needs to get it’s crap together!!!

One of the best Burger King’s I’ve ever visited they are super super clean and the food was absolutely awesome made to perfection! And all the workers were dressed professionally and doing their jobs and if the Pilot truck stop is all backed up as usual you can come and park in the shopping plaza I understand until next April when they start opening stores back up in the mall. Also I included a picture from the restroom to show how clean it is!

The drink machine in the lobby had a weird taste to the drinks and then I got sick later on that day so watch it when you get soft drink out of the machine

Just went through a drive-through ordered a double cheeseburger. There is no cheese on the burger and burger is burnt and only got half of second burger.

On my way to the airport I was in a hurry. My wife opened her sandwich and it was burnt. It was not worth eating, we had to toss it when we arrived. The sad thing is whoever cooked it, knew it was burnt.
