First time there ordered the quesidilla. Surprised it came with beans and rice was very tasteful, had some butter on it. Unlike jaliscos which only charges for cheese on tortilla and gives you a piece of salad to complete to the plate with sour cream. This was good. Next time I’ll try a steak a la Mexicana. The atmosphere was calm and great. Was about 65 with tip for four adults.

This is a smaller, out of the way restaurant. I like the small cafe/grill feel of the place. I had the Huevos Rancheros off the breakfast menu. Delicious.

Good food.
Tripas tacos was the best I eat there. I try the chilaquiles with chess they used real Chile Colorado good but still missing. Something Mexican flavor homemade made tortillas really good
Plates are a little pricey

The food’s horrible way too much salt chip were burnt gave me a salad with no dressing and when we told we did not enjoy the meal she didn’t even apologize and drinks at 3.25 plus tax you’re paying $4 for a drink and it’s not even a full glass and you have to pay for refill this was one of the worst restaurants I’ve ate at because the food was at disgusting I did not just going there

This place has an amazing breakfast. I got the Migas a la Mexicana and they were cooked so well! Crispy tortilla with flavorful eggs. It also came with beans and hash, so I was happy. Everyone is really friendly, too!

I ordered a potato ans egg burrito and the egg to potato ratio was off for me and the egg was overcooked leaving most of it brown. The chips were really good and so was the salsa they serve. I also enjoyed the tea!
My son got the chicken enchiladas which he devoured.
Waitress was friendly and efficient.

I do not live in San Angelo but I grew up there. My cousin took us to Rancho Grande because she said the lunch is soo good. We had breakfast because it was still early and nothing needed salt or seasoning. We lived it We do not like to have to put salsa all over the food to give it flavor, and this was not the case here. Absolutely loved it.

Never been here for any other meal but breakfast, but the breakfast is always sooo good! The service, they are always so welcoming, friendly, attentive, they bring your food out pretty quickly, & just sitting here, the place just looks really clean, no wonder they’re always packed! Overall it’s a great place with good food & excellent service!
