This location at Waterford Lakes on Alafaya Trails always have problems!! Every time we tried to stop in to get a quick pizza to go , there is NEVER anything already made or in process of being made. We’re always told its 45 mins or more!!
Today was the worst!! Customers were waiting for over 45 mins or more, were not getting their orders, have to wait longer and was told ” someone placed a huge order after you guys and we have to make those first before yours” Wait what?!! So the customers in the stores have been waiting for 45 mins but you’re making the huge order first that was placed AFTER the waiting customers who are already there who already placed their orders. How does that make any sense?! It has gotten worst and worst at this location and I hope the owners read these reviews and come to the location and fix the problems.

This Little Caesars deserves all the stars! They always make my son’s pizza with so much love and care. My son is autistic, and they go out of their way to make sure his pizza is just right every time. The staff is always so kind, patient, and friendly. It really means a lot to us and shows they truly care about their customers. Thank you for always being so awesome!

I placed an order for crazy puffs and pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni, with a side of cheese sauce. When I got there, the guy at the counter said it wasn’t ready. Understandable, it’s Friday night so I sat down to wait. I saw the restroom and tried to go in, but it was locked. I went to the counter to see if they had the key, but they were in the back. So I just waited. When he called my name for the order, I went up to grab it and asked where the cheese sauce was, and he said it was in the box. That was a lie. When I got home there was no cheese sauce and the pizza was disappointing. It looked like a regular pizza with salt on the crust. See picture. The crazy puffs were good.

Usually they had pizzas ready to go but when I ordered it was made to order with is much better. The free sauces is a plus. Kitchen looks clean and wait area is fine. Customer service was excellent, they asked if I needed napkins or extra sauce. Other pizza places don’t even have napkins!

Pizza was good, hot and cooked throughout. The service was amazing. The young lady who handled my order was really great and a pleasure to meet. She went out of her way showing kindness to my 4 year old. I only wish I could remember her name to shout her out.

This location gets worse and worse every time I go. Will be worth driving farther to get semi decent food. All I ordered was a crazy bread and asked for extra cheese and butter so that they actually taste like more than just dried out bread and this is what I get. It would be one thing but I even got charged extra! Not that I mind paying extra for asking for extra but then actually add more….. These are stale, dried out and gross. Eating tough bread.
Update: Tried this location again a few months later and literally no food ready. Telling everyone that came in they would make it fresh. “Hot and ready” is your slogan…food should be ready

Great pizza! Nice Staff! I had to wait 6 min to get a fresh pizza. Not bad at all. Pizza was amazing as always! Definitely the place to go to get a cheap meal for the whole family.
