Contacted the establishment to let them know about the unsatisfied service that was provided. The pizza was overly cooked. No exaggeration the dough was hard as a rock. Yet the person who I was speaking to claimed that because I requested light sauce it turned out that way. Interesting. I wasn’t expecting a refund, but even the bare minimum of an apology would’ve sufficed. Tried to at least eat two slices for myself.. couldn’t do it. But sure, it was my fault. Thanks 🙂

We were so disappointed. After spending nearly $20 on two small pizzas (which we had to do because my boyfriend has celiac disease, and small is the only GF crust available, no biggie) we expected something tasty. My order was wrong- pineapple instead of pepperoni, and my boyfriend’s crust was burned. Not only did it taste awful, it was exceedingly difficult to chew.
**Edit-The reply by management is irritating. My order receipt is in the photo along with photos of the burned food. The mistake is apparent.

Worst service ever I don’t know if it was the same cashier taking my order on the phone, but when I ordered the pizzas, she was really rude. Commented me with the fact that if I was gonna want the pizza or not, and then when I got there to pay my order that over $160, she comes out with the fact that store policy I can’t pay with $100 bills so I have to walk out and go to the bank to get change, but then my husband offered to pay with his credit card

My family and I picked up a pizza from this location a couple of days ago. The location is in a little bit of a rough area, but the inside of the establishment was very clean. The customer service was friendly and fast, and our pizzas were ready within the time frame given. The order was correct, and the pizzas were hot. I would have given 5 stars however, the dough underneath the sauce was very chewy and seemed undercooked. I enjoyed the pizza, but I do not think I will order from here again.

I place a delivery just about once a week. Great pizza. It’s always hot when I get it. Love the crust. Delivery doesn’t take long. They don’t have an option for fewer wings which bums me out. I really don’t want to order an 8 piece wing. And for people that usually forget like myself. If you like ranch. Don’t forget to ask for it. They have some good ranch.
