We ordered 3 different types of pizza. once we opened the boxes this is what we saw. We called the store and once we told them our issue they hung up on us. Would not recommend.

It’s understandable that it was Super Bowl Sunday, but I was in the store for 25 minutes, my order was ready, and the receptionist read my order more than 5 times and didn’t say my name. I asked several times about my order and said my name, but she literally read it in her head and didn’t say it out loud! It was my order that wasn’t ready, that was ridiculous!

Ridiculous. I order a full pizza with chicken, bacon, and tomatoes, and the app even suggests adding onions. When I get home and open the box, I find a pizza with just chicken and cheese. It’s a shame I’m tired from an exhausting day at work and have to go back to the place to return it. Wasted money. I should have bought a frozen pizza at Target, that would have been better.

After receiving a call from the store manager José, the error was corrected and the apologies were accepted, even because my problem was with the unit where I bought and not with the brand that I have been a customer for a long time and I like your pizzas.

Very nice welcoming Staff. Very clean inside you can sit down and eat after you take out. The prices are not really cheap but the quality is good. I ordered the new handmade pan version with chicken fillet steak and pepperoni and mushroom onions with it $16 total medium size. The taste is very good. I can recommend it. Thank you Domino’s. !

My family and I were staying the night Monday night at TownePlace suites. We ordered two pizzas from Domino’s Pizza both then crust one white bacon and one pepperoni cheese when it arrived. I will go to pick up the pepperoni cheese and it sounds like I’m picking up a box of skittles The box I truly couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I’ve never seen anything like it. It was burnt to crisp scattered and pieces broken. I truly don’t understand, but I call the store. The manager was pleasant. Send us another thin crust pepperoni but only this time when the pizza arrives there’s no cheese on this pizza not one shred of cheese , I took pictures and I sent an email to the corporate office. I really hope that everyone else has better luck than we did.

Good food, but the delivery driver Veronica is rude. She tried to accuse me of not tipping when I showed her that I tipped 25%. And she wouldn’t leave me alone until I proved the receipt she showed me wasn’t in my name. Who spends almost $40 on a discounted 2 topping pizza and some bread bites?
Meanwhile the white boy who had a delivery at the same time didn’t get accused.

Multiple orders that don’t arrive(perhaps I should’ve learned my lesson the 2nd time) and when I call, the person who I spoke with acted like I was lying and gave a hard time to simply get a refund(I’d rather have the pizza, but they didn’t even offer to redo the delivery). Now I know to just not order from here anymore.

Just a quick heads-up if you leave special delivery instructions in the app, it’s a good idea to also call the restaurant to make sure they actually see them. We always note “please don’t knock or ring the doorbell” since we’ve got a little one usually sleeping… and yet, without fail… knock knock!

We ordered a large pizza and two soft drinks while exiting EPCOT hoping we can pick it up on the way to the hotel. Forty minutes later we arrived, picked up pizza and two 2-liter bottles. Apparently we made assumption they were 20oz on the app. We arrived at the hotel, pizza was still hot and delicious, we weren’t able to drink all the soda. Good service though
