Always fresh, always consistent, always fast, always clean. They stick to what they are good at which is chicken salad. I’m surprised how they get it so white and so finely shredded. I like the classic and the onion option. The drive-through is convenient and the service is always great. I want a little more variety to their menu, but who am I to try to change their business model. I would like a vegan mayo option as well. I like it with the croissant, but I’ve been trying to reduce bread so I would prefer it over a premium salad. The crackers are really good. I have no issues here. I’d recommend this place for a quick light lunch.

We bought two varieties of chicken salad to go and really enjoyed both. We had them at home with crackers, and the flavor was excellent. Greek Goodness was our favorite and truly stood out. The place is clean, the service is fast, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely buy again.

I got a melt meal. The jalapeño holly sandwich was super salty, super small, and not worth the price. The side of fruit was an extremely small portion as well. The meal came with a mini buttercream frosted cookie that tasted like pure sugar. This is my first and last experience with Chicken Salad Chick.

I love a good chicken salad so a friend told me to check this place out. The service is top tier. The employees are so nice and kept checking on me to make sure everything was up to my expectations. The store was very clean too. I had the Dixie Chick on a croissant with a cup of potato soup. Only thing I felt could’ve been better is if there were more chicken salad on the sandwich. When I go back instead of getting the soup I’ll choose the extra scoop of chicken salad on the side so I can add it to the sandwich. The croissant was fresh and soft and the chicken salad flavor was good. Overall I’d go back to try the other flavor chicken salads.

Horrible customer service. I used my app to place a delivery order at 11:20. I received an email stating it would be delivered by 11:54. At 12:20, an hour later, I called the store as it says so on the email receipt. Contact Fayetteville for any delivery issues. I explained the above to the associate who answered the call who said “yeah, you’ll have to come get it.” Ma’am, I placed a delivery order bc I have sick kids at home and I paid extra for it. “Well, i don’t know because it’s been sitting here and you’ll have to get with DoorDash or whoever is delivering it.” Ma’am I don’t know who is delivering it that would be for yall to know. Can I speak to the manager for help please. She then starts talking to the manager while on speaker saying “this lady right here thinks we are supposed to help and I told her plain as day to come and get it. I don’t know who she thinks she is but she said she can’t bc she has kids at home sick. Then the manager spoke and said I don’t know what she thinks I’m supposed to do for her, it’s not my issue her kids are sick” then proceeds to answer my call. I immediately said ma’am I just heard the entire rude conversation you both had regarding what is going on and I don’t appreciate it at all. She said “Well, if you place a delivery order then it’s not our problem.” I said I used your app and not DoorDash. The receipt email says to call your store directly. She proceeds to continue mouthing off and I said ma’am my order has sat there for over an hour now, what am I supposed to do? Her answer was come get it. I asked for corporates number and she handed the phone off saying “her take this call and give her corporates number I don’t have time for this” and then hung up. The pure disregard for customer service or even human decency of being kind and understanding as I was only asking when I could expect it bc it was so late and now cold. I would not trust going back to such an establishment that is incapable of speaking to people in a professional manner on such a simple customer service issue. We will never be back.

Very healthy and fresh chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread. It was nice to try the different flavors. The tiny cookie was delicious . But the pasta salad was dry and lacked flavor.

Worst customer service I ever received and was very argumentative with me about a drink. Plus didn’t even care to and on my drink a chips. Also the cashier was rolling eyes and giving body language. Very unacceptable behavior. And I’m a supervisor myself. I was in drive thru had to walk in get my food and fix my drink myself after being told I don’t get a drink I already spoke with the manager before she left about receiving a drink. I don’t think I’ll ever come back. But that young lady in drive thru isn’t customer service friendly at all

I’ve been to this place more than once and I received bad customer service. Last night was the final straw for me, I went through the drive-thru and the lady wouldn’t allow me to finish my order. It was always “anything else” after everything I said. And the thought that I have is, can I finish? And so with that, I got to the window and paid for my order and all I heard was laughing and talking nobody else in the line but me, but it still took me more than five minutes to get my food. And not to mention things were missing from my order. on the other hand , for a scoop of chicken salad, I paid $10 for just a scoop. The side to my meal was missing and the soup that I ordered was missing I called and let them know that it was missing and there was no remorse or trying to fix the situation even when answering the phone, there was no personality no great customer service no hospitality. The energy on the phone gave, Why are you calling? Grant it, the food was amazing but the customer service here will always make you not want to go back.

Highly disappointed and will NOT be back. Waisted my money and my time. Ordered a chicken salad BLT. Look at this bread. They gave me. The outside looked like it had been ironed. The inside was mushly like a half done biscuit. Toating the bread means toasting the bread on both sides, not just putting the outside on a hot plate. I also received NO bacon. Spoke to the manager. Started rasing his voice and saying I can come back in and he’ll give me JUST a sandwich, as if hes doing me a favor. How bout this, you or this company, don’t have to give me a damn thing else ever in your life. I just wanted you to know about your bad service was, and yes, service includes how people get their food, not just if you had hired clowns. Please kick rocks Sir and keep selling that trash to people who will pay for it like fools. You cant even give it me for free.
