I went in tonight to have a few drinks. There was a bar pool league going on that had not used the second pool table in several hours. Several of the pool players ganged up on on us and the bar staff fully supported them in the process. I did not feel welcomed there by any means and I felt very uncomfortable. The staff there reassured me that this was normal. Do not go there if you are not a regular. Monday’s and Thursday are not a good night to go there if you do not want to be harassed.

Had dinner there the other night and was very disappointed. The decor was pretty but we did not feel welcome. Our reservation was for 7:00 and we got there at 6:30 so we could have a drink at the bar. I told the bar tender we had a reservation for dinner but we wanted to have a drink first, all he said was do what you want. There weren’t any other tables seated so we left the bar and finally found the hostess and asked if we could be seated, she said sure and asked if she could take our coats, which was nice, but it was so cold we kept them on (which should have been a red flag but I ignored that). Another red flag was when I asked what wine would he recommend with the prime rib, the waiter just said ‘I’m not a wine guy”. There were only 4 entries to choose from.. I got the prime rib, ordered it medium rare and it was more on the well done side. The waiter never came over to ask how everything was or if we needed anything. The vegetables were tasteless sweet potatoes and were cold. I will say the cup of mushroom soup was good. Needless to say we did not stay for dessert. Spending $500 on a dinner for four you would expect to leave happy. We did not.

I am from Michigan but my parents lived next door to this bar for a from 2010-2012. I visted it when I was in the area. It is a nice sports bar tucked away next to a mountain river. The prices are affordable and the pool games plentiful.

Great home town bar. It’s a smoking bar but I smoke so I won’t touch that. It’s advertised on the door clearly so if you don’t want a smoke smell don’t go in. That being said they do a great job of it not feeling smokey.
Bartenders are all great and personable. Prices are outstanding. People are generally fun as well. Also great TVs!

We ordered wing dings.They come 6 to an order. It was $12 bucks. no side. no celery. not even ranch. Absolutely absurd. We were shocked. It a dive bar and lots of fun – wasn’t expecting a gourmet meal but that was completely a rip off. They were good but not made there. Clearly ordered from a food warehouse frozen & dropped into the fryer.
