I’m reaching out to report a very upsetting experience with a recent delivery. My 15-year-old son placed an order through Grubhub for pasta and a Caesar salad. When the delivery driver arrived, she began banging on my door extremely loudly — it sounded as if the police were knocking.
When I opened the door, she was yelling and speaking in a very aggressive tone. She accused me of not answering her call, even though she had only called once, and I had called and texted her back. She then complained about the tip amount, saying, “Do you know how far this restaurant is?” and told me never to order from there again because she wouldn’t deliver to us anymore.
Because of the aggressive tone and behavior, I am genuinely concerned that she may retaliate over this order, or potentially come to my house, given how angry and confrontational she was. This was completely unprofessional and intimidating — especially since my son was the one who placed the order. He was frightened by the encounter and is now hesitant to order food again.
Please look into this matter. I would appreciate a follow-up and for appropriate action to be taken regarding this driver’s behavior.

So I gave this place a shot, we got 4 slices of pizza and a soda IN TOTAL! Came to 30$ I bit bc I was expecting a sensational slice however it was underwhelming and disappointing. Cheese was tasteless and the pizza was either soggy or mad dry with no sauce. I gave it a 1 star bc of the price, I think if 4 slices were 30$ that pizza should’ve been on par with Manhatten pizza. I would’ve happily payed like 18$ for mediocre at best pizza

Terrible food. We got the meatball rigatoni which was merely boiled pasta with a slob of canned sauce and bland store bought meatballs on top. We also got the stuffed mushrooms which were tasteless. The bread given on the side was mass produced commercially made bread. It was clearly canned meal put together.

All the guys here are incredibly nice and do their best to make you comfortable. Definite plus if you live in the neighborhood bc they remember you, your family, kids and always ask for them.

Took a chance and ordered from Uber eats – Cesar wrap and pepperoni bites – SOOO GOOD. Grilled chicken is perfect. We’ve ordered from there at least 3 more times since. Pizza is delicious.
