Planned on getting dinner here after a busy Sunday. Triple confirmed they were open until 10. Went at 9:30, which should be more than plenty of time for subway, and the lights inside were off. The door was open and we went inside, only to see all the food cleared out and put away, and no employee in sight. It was spooky. No one came out. Extremely disappointed and left starving. Will not be returning here EVER.

Didn’t buy anything this time. Supported this location for many, many years with my team, but in my last visit today I waited 5-7 minutes (an eternity) during lunch hour and finally had to yell in back to have someone come up front to help.

Everytime I have stopped at this location I have ordered the same meal, but I am unsure if I have ever been charged the same price two visits in a row. Despite being on a busy intersection I have never seen more than three people at this store at a time, and often when stopping at this location the tables in the front of the store won’t even be set up at mid-day. Unfortunately the staff seem to have to put more energy into deterring unwanted non-customers from entering the shops that it feels unwelcoming for actual patrons as well. There is a small parking lot in the back which is a major bonus for this area, but if you go during the evening you may have to walk all the way around the store as they will lock the back door while still open. Sandwiches are usually well made and tasty, but the value just isn’t there for how much you pay.

I left my card in chip reader and 5 minutes later the employee was ordering stuff from TikTok shop with my card. Came next day to talk with management and everyone even the manager acted like they couldn’t speak English . I am so mad . They have not heard the last from me

Went tonight to get food at 8pm. Walked in cold 5 blocks and they were closed. Lights on but no people. Very upset, I am pregnant and have cravings so I walked in 11 degree cold, not including windchill! Sign and website said they are open till 9pm. Very unprofessional. Never going back. I’ll stick with jimmy John’s, atleast they deliver freaky fast.
