This place has my heart. I’ve ordered a couple times and the food is always so good. I got 4 quesabirras with a bowl of consume, lime, 2 green and 1 red sauce for under $20. I can split it into two meals. Such great quality for the price.

This place had the best carnitas I’ve ever had in my life! So so good, tender on the inside, crispy on the outside. And I live in Mexico part time so I know about some carnitas lol. I wish I lived closer to this restaurant b/c then I’d be eating here all the time. The tortillas are also fresh and delicious. Check this place out if you can.

The tacos here are so on point. I’m from out of town and in Denver for a work trip this week. Drove 20 minutes to try this place out. It absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the four taco plate with two barbacoa and two adobada tacos, and homemade chips. The menu is small, the meats are deeply flavored, and everything is cooked to perfection. So I ended up ordering two more tacos! The homemade chips were also light and crispy. Everything down to all of the salsas was exactly what I was looking for. The salsa aceite definitely my favorite with a deep red tint, and smoky/spicy chili flavor. Very relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Good for self or a small group.

Did you know this started off as a food truck? The original location is along Colfax near Sloan’s Lake. Now they just opened their second location here, which is incredible! Their flagship favorite is the quesabirria tacos (pictured below) which comes with 3 flavor packed fried birria quesa tacos and a small bowl of consume. They even gave me some house chips and salsa while I waited. Highly recommend if you love authentic Mexican food, check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Good food, service is great, orders get mixed up every blue moon but not as bad as the bigger Mexican restaurants or chain restaurants, the prices are reasonable, I recommend the tacos asada plate, menudo is good, the birria tacos are good they have a full menu. The dining room is small but they have a great atmosphere, they have over the phone ordering, take out, and catering, they work with GrubHub and doordash. come pop in and enjoy their food

This used to be my go-to restaurant for menudo and breakfast burritos, but after my recent experience I can’t say the same anymore. While eating my burrito, I actually pulled a fingernail out of my mouth. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern. I’m extremely disappointed because I really enjoyed this place before, but this incident makes me question the cleanliness and food safety standards.

I’ve been on a hunt for birria tacos that is in a restaurant not a food truck just because I like to sit down and enjoy right away and I finally found this gem of a place! What a treat! Started off with some of the best corn tortilla chips with awesome salsa to start followed by birria tacos with beef consome. If you have not tried birria tacos you are most definitely missing out! Fried tortillas, Mexican cheese and beef that you can dip
in beef consome ! It’s seriously amazing and this place does it right. Friendly service as well so I give it 5 stars !!! I’m so excited to find a sit down place with birria and it’s close by!!!!
