The staff’s kindness truly contributed to uplifting my mood, which encouraged me to choose to dine in. Additionally, the cleanliness and calming environment of the establishment greatly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend this store. The service was excellent, and the coffee and croissants with egg and cheese were delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and the store was spotlessly clean. I would definitely return to this place again.

When We want there they still had at least an hour or more before closing time their shelves were completely empty. When I asked the women working if they had any donuts she said yes they are in the back. She made us feel rushed and had an attitude when we gave her our order she didn’t wait to finish the order I tried to call her back but she ran in the back and got upset that she had to go back and change it. She was also on her phone with ear pods in her ear and talking to the person on the phone. I was very nice to her. Even though she had a nasty attitude

I was totally ignored at the drive through menu then drove up and the employees just looked at me then ignored me. I waited 3 minutes looking in the window from my car while they all just pretended I wasn’t there.

Great place! It’s hard to find a good Dunkin in NYC area, but this one is clean, staff is friendly and the donut tasted better than usual, and they made a real espresso that I found very good!

Ridiculous Dunkin Donuts this has happened more than 3 times. They’re supposed to close at 10pm but close 30 minutes earlier. The staff is terrible. Don’t recommend this location.
