Very disappointed with my experience at Wendy’s this morning. We ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich meal at 10:01, and by 10:17 we still had not received our food. After waiting that long, I went inside to request a refund.
To make things worse, we were told to pull forward in the drive-thru so it would appear that our order was served on time, even though it clearly wasn’t. This felt dishonest and extremely frustrating as a customer.
There was no compensation or explanation except we ran out of biscuits. It would have been super respectful for someone to tell us so we didn’t have to wait for nothing.

Lucky to have a good Wendy’s near home. However, I’m not loving the new signature sauce! Way too much vinegar!! Also bring back leaf lettuce!

WORST FAST FOOD experience. So much worse than Seattle fast food places I go to. Keep driving! I asked them repeatedly for the basic burger price and they gave me extensive sass before eventually (after a long time waiting) giving me a price of $7.29. Staff was clearly confused about basic burger costs, which deterred me from actually buying anything.
If company management is reading this, please know that staff at this location is unbecoming of a Wendy’s worker and is below the bottom of the barrel standards I have for fast service. Keep driving!

I was very disappointed today! My bun was already falling apart!! Both burgers were salty and greasy and we ordered unsweetened tea and got sweet tea we can’thave sugar I dumped them in parking lot!! Will not eat there again and you weren’t busy

So first the lobby is closed which was more inconvenient when they forgot some of the food and we had to go through the line again to get the food we paid for which is taking so long I have time to write this entire review and now we finally get the food and they forgot our sauce. The Fry’s were old and the burger was crushed. My lettuce wrapped burger was pretty good but that’s about it.
