Cliff was amazing, what a breathe of fresh air in the service industry. He made us feel like family and like we had known him forever! He even helped cook our food for us since it was my first time. We had such a wonderful experience here! The food and drinks were good and the ordering of everything was very convenient. A good price for AYCE K-BBQ and hot pot with a time limit of 2 hours. Both me and my fiancé were able to eat as much as we wanted and get full within that time limit. Our server Cliff was amazing and so accommodating and we were very impressed with his customer service. 10/10 Great place for a date night or night out with friends! Just be sure to come on an empty stomach.

I drove an hour and a half for my wife’s birthday because this place is listed as KPOT and the outside of the building – including the big sign at the parking-lot entrance – still shows the KPOT name and logo. Inside, however, the restaurant is called “KTOP,” and the food quality was extremely disappointing.
The sauce bar had an excellent selection, but it failed to include the required ssamjang for a KBBQ experience. The bulgogi marinade tasted nothing like what I’ve had at Korean BBQ restaurants before in either America or Korea. The cabbage (normal) kimchi seemed off in both ingredients and preparation, and the cucumber kimchi was overwhelmingly strong to the point of being unpleasant. The flavors didn’t resemble authentic Korean dishes, and the overall experience felt poorly executed.
I have dyslexia, so I rely heavily on visual cues like logos and signage to confirm I’m at the right place. Everything about the outside made it look like an official KPOT location, and Google Maps still links the two. Only after tasting the food did I realize something was wrong.
If you’re expecting the KPOT experience, this is not it. The branding is extremely misleading, and the food quality was far below expectations. It was a very inauthentic experience.
Disclosure: I went for lunch, so I cannot attest to the quality of beef. The people working there were lovely, so I will give it two stars.

Fantastic Korean BBQ spot. Great selection, fantastic sauce bar, and our server, Cliff, gave us the best customer service we have gotten from any restaurant! Very personable and overall excellent. Highly recommend KTOP and Cliff.

Aysia made the transition from the original KPOT to K-TOP seamless, fun, and welcoming. The food was amazing as always! The new sauces and additions to the appetizer bar were spot on, and everyone in the staff is tentative to every table. Great atmosphere and no better value for a family to eat something a little different!
