It would seem a slice was either replaced or the person cutting this pie took a sliver off the side for themselves. Either way this is gross and unacceptable – How little is Pizza Hut paying their teams that they need to steal food from paying customers? Be a better organization and your staff will treat your customers better.

Hello Pizza Hut, I ordered a large 3 topping pizza last night, and my order only had one topping. In the past had I had no issue with this. I needed pepperoni pepperoni and pepperoni for my toppings. I only had one topping. I asked a person last night. Why I only have one topping on my pizza on my order, and it should be 3x the pepperoni topping pizza.They had no answer for me. There was little the no cheese and sauce on my order. My money and tip money should be refunded to me. Thanks

Placed an order online, picked it up they didn’t show the pizza to us before they handed it over. and drove home to find out that it was a mess. Called and complained already, but this is why you need to look at it before you leave.

Employee first cut pizza wrong (square). Once pizza was remade and recut correctly, employee dropped pizza box on floor, picked it up and put pizza in it. When they were called out on it they got a new box and just transferred pizza. The shift supervisor stated that only the outside of the box touched the floor so there was no problem. Then she didn’t want to refund my money. I insisted on her calling her supervisor to rectify the problem.

The food was cold upon delivery. One of my pizzas was in disarray as if it was THROWN in the box. The cookie and cinnamon sticks were HARD AS A BRICK. My company had already waited too long to eat so I didn’t return the items because they were just eager to eat but I definitely won’t be ordering from this place again. LEDO’S is MUCH better!!!

I had ordered breadsticks, there was a long piece of hair in my marinara sauce. I contacted customer service a week ago, no call or email from the manager. A message was left for he/she to call me. Never did. Not only was there hair in my food, as a store manager, you should have contacted me immediately to rectify the situation. I waited, I heard nothing from you, so here is my review. As a business owner myself, this is NOT how you run a business. Your employees need to start wearing hair nets! NASTY! This is a clear communication. Do not patronize this location, make your own pizza!

Notice all of the 5 star reviews are 1-2 years old! Things have drastically changed. Take note of the consistent poor reviews. This store is full of horribly mismanaged lazy employees. We assumed the people sitting around on their phones were customers, but they were the employees. We waited over 1 hour for 2 small personal pan pizzas. The phone number and name on the box indicated they did not begin making our order when we called, but waited until we arrived. Even if that was the case, I would think they could make a personal pan pizza in under 30 mins, but that would require work. There are far better options, please don’t patronize a restaurant full of incompetent and slothful employees!
