The worst subway I have ever gone too. The place was disgusting. The cross contamination was crazy. The workers were slow and acted like they didn’t know anything about their jobs. No quality control. I ordered a Italian footlong with steak, cheese, onions and mayo, a pretty basic sub. I found Olives,lettuce, and green peppers in my sandwich. I also found a chunk of tuna on the top of my sandwich. These employees need immediate training.

Their “Italian Herbs & Cheese” bread. Is basically just regular bread with 3 specs of cheese. Disappointing. And the total on the screen is never the total at the window. I always get the money ready, and once I get to the window it’s over $1.00 more. Are they adding on their own tips? I’m paying cash there shouldnt extra be fees.

Food and service was good. My complaint is there is no baby changing pad in their restrooms. In my five years of parent hood, I have yet to go into a public establishment with one missing. I had to change my baby’s soiled diaper on the seat of the car in the middle of winter. Please consider putting one in your restrooms for the health and comfort of your patrons.

I was picking up an order for a customer and had to wait for it to be made. While the bread was being toasted, the employee put all of the vegetables that were going onto the sandwich onto the cutting board and then scooped it onto the sandwich. I was the only customer in the store. He should have waited instead of contaminating the food.

By far the worst Subway I have ever had the displeasure of visiting… Ethan, it is a very simple concept to grasp… If you are not satisfied with the choices you have made which ultimately led to you slinging vegetables at the general public… Quit! Work harder to better your life and make a difference in the lives of others… Your customers are not the reason you are a fast-food worker… They are the reason you are not homeless… Furthermore, your work ethic reflects upon the finished product… Just look how unhappy this Cheesesteak Sub is… Food for thought! Ordered 3 sandwiches and only 1 was made correctly, the one that was messed up the most was a footlong cold cut combo ordered as a deluxe and we didn’t catch it but there was only 4slices of meat total one half only had 1 1/2 slices on it and no cheese as ordered so waste of money

Did an few online orders and on 1 I gave specific instructions on what sauces to put on how I wanted it cut the only thing I got for sauce was mayo ( I’ve worked at a subway not this one) I was very very disappointed like do they not know how to read the instructions?! And on 1 other sub they didn’t put any sauces on it just left it plain like come on I even checked the receipt and it had what they were suppose to put on the sandwiches so why not fix this problem don’t think I’ll ever return to this subway ever again!

Honestly everything is good other than a few mistakes with our order online. They put the wrong ingredients on the wrong sandwich. Also they really need to update their menu in the drive through because online it says they have sweet tea and stuff but on their drive through menu it’s not there. Along with a few other things not on the drive through menu like: the monsters.
