We were in the area and looking for a place to have lunch. My best friend suggested that we come and try it. It’s a small, cozy restaurant. You can order a la carte, a combo plate or the lunch buffet all you can eat for $9.99. The dishes that we tried was not good at all. Chicken was bland and dry. The Garlic Naan Bread was okay, and its does not include in the buffet price. Service was just average.

A true gem. I can’t believe that I’ve had the best Indian food in this area of LA. The chicken Tika Masala is the best I’ve had and you can have combos any time of the day. The garlic nan is made in front of you and it is delicious. I was skeptical because I usually come to thus area for tacos but I’m sooo glad I tried it.

First of all they have advertisement and flyers saying buffet is $9.99 when they charged me it came out to $11.99 after tax ($10.99+tax) its not about money its about consistency, 2nd its not self serve all you can eat so they have to serve you which is annoying because i don’t like to waste food I usually get small portions to try first and than come back for something i really liked, there is no bowls now the server is piling everything on top of everything so everything is mixed up, there is no naans what kind of buffet don’t have naans? Potatoes were hard so was eggplant and was raw daal was burned and too spicy one of the chicken entree was watery and too spicy mango chicken was weirdly gross egg bhurji was good yellow rice was good palak paneer was good chicken tikka masala was good and tandoori chicken was good, by the time i got third plate i started to feel frustration on servers face and his attitude, well if you don’t like serving more than 1 plate than have self serving buffet like the entire world does, I probably skip them next time I’m in the area. My intentions are not to bash on the business just sharing my experience its called review for a reason.

Completely serious when I say this is my favorite Indian food place in Los Angeles.
Great food for a good price. The naan is freshly made to order and food is hot. The service is quick, and even though it looks like a quick order joint, once you order your food everything is as if it’s a restaurant. They are very laid back nice as well.

Curry wrap was bland, tasteless and runny. Indian food is in my preferred top 3 cuisines, this is not it, though. Don’t mean to degrade or throw shade but if you are in need to fix your inner indian desires, look no further than Curry Boys! Trust me, best Indian food in town! As an added bonus, the family (owners) are the absolute best!

A student of mine recommended this restaurant and it doesn’t disappoint. So far, I’ve only been for lunch, but the lunch time specials are amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional, and for my first visit, I was offered samples of everything being served for lunch. It is very hard to describe a favorite dish because they are all delicious, though I especially like the aloo jeera (potatoes with cumin seeds) and the chicken Tikka. There are many more dinner options, so I insist that anyone who is either curious about or loves Indian food to try it. It is clearly visible from State Street.
