Excellent choice for fresh fish, which is not easy to find in Geneva. The dishes were very tasty, the waiters friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Recommended!

I discovered this restaurant by chance during my trip to Geneva; and I literally fell in love.
The indoor is so beautifully decorated; and their terrasse is very nice and quiet. We ordered few dishes for sharing; and everything was excellent. The oysters were delicious; as well as the Octopus. Their pistachio tiramisu is delicious.

Outside this place doesn’t really beckon but the menu caught my eye. Inside Wow! Decorated so tastefully. The lightening is flattering. Quiet music. The oysters were the best I have ever had. Excellent service. Grilled fish was excellent.

I usually end up having beef as I was not convinced that I can get good seafood as compared to Asia or Malta. I was wrong. The grilled was near perfection. Deco was nice.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of restaurant Octopus in Champel, Geneva. The seafood here is decently good. Staff is nice. Terrace is cosy and shadowed. Too bad they do seem to have special at discounted price for lunch.

Such a lovely and cozy place! You feel welcome the moment you walk in. The food is truly high quality – the gambas were delicious, and the Saint-Jacques were absolutely amazing. And the homemade bread… just perfect. A beautiful little spot, and one I’ll definitely be coming back to.

That was a really unique experience in Geneva. The restaurant is superb in many senses. The food is gorgeous, the service is very attentive, the atmosphere is cozy. Yes, it’s rather expensive. But you pay for a real value comparing to other Geneva options where you pay a lot and end up having a mediocre outcome.
