Using the app, I place my order and the wait was about 5 minutes. The app told me when my food was ready for pickup. Sure enough as soon as I walked in. The bag was in the take out section. The cup was inside the bag. I went ahead and choose my drink. They will add the straw but it doesn’t hurt to check yourself. All of the employees were in good spirits. When you have that type of atmosphere customers are going to enjoy themselves. I will be coming back here and definitely do recommend it to others.

I didn’t ask their names, but the 2 workers who served us from start to finish were absolutely professional and friendly.
Food was great!

They mess up my order and made it look like it was me and then promised me stuff that didn’t happen im not ordering here again I spen 70 to 80 dollars in this store they dont appreciate it at all it’s sad how they made me feel

I had every intention of staying to eat after ordering, but due to the endless swearing and unprofessional language and conversation happening LOUDLY between the two girls working, I had to leave. I have to say that two of the boys working stayed out of it and were professional. Kudos to them. I don’t know if it was the manager sitting at a table on her cellphone, but all she was doing was yelling, while staying on her phone, for the girls to stop cussing while customers were in the shop. Now I have to eat in my car, instead of sitting comfortably in the restaurant. The management needs to work on training employees to watch the language and be more inviting to customers.

Messed up my order every single time I’ve went. The manager is a very nice and great guy, but his staff is absolutely terrible. Employees sound upset to be taking orders and are not polite in any way. I’ve had one nice delivery driver. Order was supposed to be extra sauce and extra extra extra onion, they put no sauce and put like 6 strands of onions, which i believe was malicious because I asked to make sure its a lot a lot of onions. This place sucks, I feel bad for the manager because he’s great but he has to work with this terrible staff.

The sandwich was ok. Service was not so great, they’ve could’ve been more pleasant, but alright, for the most part. Food, well it was decent, but I was a little iffy about it, bit I made it through the day without getting sick. The atmosphere was quiet so I give it a plus.

Great food. Poor service. I was so excited as a Canadian to try Jimmy Johns for the first time. Ordered food, staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful as a first time customer. The worst part of the experience was that myself, my wife and baby all got wood stain all over our clothes because the booths had just recently been varnished. No warning just a “whatever ” from one of the two unmotivated teens working the counter.

My experience at this place was good . Quick and good service. Nice, helpful and friendly staff. They always give me the right order. They offer tasty and fresh sandwiches especially the veggie sandwiches! Clean place! The staff wear gloves and continually keep their hands and the counter clean, as well as the tables and chairs are clean and organized. Overall, it is a convenient place to stop by for lunch. Great sandwiches!! Great atmosphere!!
