The front counter girl has HORRIBLE customer service skills. She didn’t greet, instead she just stared at me….
My pizza was falling apart so I went to the store and asked for a refund for it. The girl said “whats wrong with it?” I showed her and she said “I can make another one or give you a store credit”. I said “NO I WANT A REFUND!” So then she tells me she cant because she isn’t a manager and that they will be there in an hour.

The food is great. The service is great. It is as close to the Pizza Huts of old that I have found. Coming from the old age, where I would make the pan doh by hand every morning instead of using frozen disks, that is saying a lot. They always bring me good hot food here and every single delivery driver and service member is so kind.
