Delicious new menu. The spinach dip was the special of the day so we tried that to start. Very tasty & the chips served with it were fresh & light. Next was the lobster roll which was served on a pretzel brioche, we chose the great waffle fries as the accompanying side. Fresh real lobster with a chipotle sauce was our favorite. The cheeseburger empanadas were recommended so we shared those. They were made to order & incredible. Zesty dipping sauce on the side as well as coleslaw. Can’t wait to go back and try the whiskey bourbon wings, the other diners had those and the scent was intoxicating.
Great tap beer selection as well as craft IPAs in cans & bottles.
Even the restrooms were elegant.
If you haven’t stopped in recently you need to see the renovations. We didn’t recognize the place.
They have OTB now too if you are into playing the ponies.
Friendly nice crowd.

Old school bar/pub. Caters to a local crowd. Went there to hear I band that i like. Bartender was attentive, friendly and hard working. Beer on tap was very good. Don’t order the red wine which is terrible. Food is made is a food truck in the rear of the building.

Friendly Bartender. Good Atmosphere, a Bar with a lot years on their back – it looks fresh and New, clean, good place to play music or listen to live bands-Mondays, can drink inside or outside.

I’ve been going here for 10 years at least, the Pub is one of the best bars in Long Island.. killer live music, awesome food, great beer selection with an IPA list, free pool on Tuesdays, OTB betting and a real close knit group of regulars. Owner is a gentleman and bartenders are all professionals.. nice people all around.

The Village Pub is completely renovated and looks great! The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable of their newly added drink items. They also now have a new food truck with a great menu. I tried the cheeseburger empanadas and spinach dip and they were both amazing! This place is great if you are looking for a place to go for Sunday football, drinks after work or a fun night out. I highly recommend The Village Pub.

Was hesitant to try this place out. I live in the neighborhood and it always seemed a little run down. Every year at the Broadway Street fair, I do stop by their sangria booth and must say that is always my favorite! This year at the sangria booth, they were advertising that they recently renovated the bar. I stopped by last week for some drinks with girlfriends before heading to an event and was very impressed. I am personally a wine drinker (they had a nice selection), but some of my friends tried cocktails off the drink menu and said they were delicious. We didn’t try any food since we were eating at our next stop, but pretty much everyone there was ordering food and it looked fabulous. The place was clean and inviting and I will definitely be back. It might be my new neighborhood spot since it’s in walking distance of my home.

Stopped in here for first time on Sunday since they renovated. All I can say is WOW! They did an amazing job with this place. Got to see all the games on the beautiful display of TV’s they have and THEY SERVE FOOD NOW!!! Staff was very friendly too. They even have OTB in there. Great job to the owners on making this place look the way it does. I found my new Sunday spot. Wish I came in early to check it out.
