Honestly was a convent and decent place to get a good sandwich. However the last few times I’ve been there I’ve always had a problem with the food. This past time my drink was out of syrup so I told the staff and I get sweet tea. Well, that drink was ruined as well with tea remnants all in the batch. Idk but I’d like whoever that owns this franchise to resolve I guess food issues or worker ethics.

What happened to this store?
I could go on and on about stale bread and cookies, but they’re not even training their staff appropriately. I ordered a deluxe, that’s 50% more protein, and they put about half of what normally comes on it. It’s some brain dead logic to think that I’m going to pay you more to give me less food.
Edit: ordered from them again thinking maybe they just had an off day. Deluxe tuna salt American cheese. Came with no deluxe, no Cheese, and pepper on half of it. Tried calling to get some answers the store number is forwarding to a different number that is out of service. This store is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER from them. I’ve petitioned Door Dash to have them removed from the app and I will notify Subway corporate.

Had a deal on the mobile app so I ordered. Something came up and I was gonna be later than anticipated tried to call so they could make my order later but phones were shut off so when I got there asked them to remake it because it was most definitely cold was told by the extremely rude employee that they have nothing to with the app and the phone not working not their fault so the could not do it. Worst experience I have ever had with subway awful customer service and had the phones worked like any normal restaurant this would not be a problem nobody wants to pay for cold food if there was less than one star I would have used it

I ordered from the app. I forgot to set the pick up for later. My mistake I get that. I was hoping to call the store and get it changed like I have in the past when this has happened. Phone doesn’t work or they have it set going straight to voicemail. This is second time this has happened to me. I’m just done with subway after this. It’s not worth spending money at a place if the people working can’t be bothered by a phone ringing. Customer service is dead.

Me and a friend walked in and we were not greeted whatsoever. They were just silent like they didn’t see us as if we were ghosts. They need to learn how to greet somebody that’s coming in to pay for a product.

My husband was treated very poorly by the manager, who he was told name was Danny (a woman), when he was placing his order yesterday. She also made a comment about him to one of the employees saying, “You have to watch ‘those people’. They will try to get over on you.” I would like to know what she meant by that exactly??? And, is that how Subway trains their employees to talk to/about customers??? All he tried to do was pay for the sandwich only after initially wanting a meal since he was not being being served in a timely manner and was going to be running late for work. That comment she made was so unnecessary and highly inappropriate!!! A manager?!?! But, I did see another review state that the manager(s) are rude so apparently this may be an ongoing issue. In addition, he was also double charged for his food. He tried to tell her his card transaction said it was approved on the screen, but she told him it wasn’t, and sure enough when he checked his account on his phone when he got to his vehicle, he was double charged. When he went to show/explain this to her, she rudely told him that he would have to wait 72 hours and to take it up with his bank before he could get a refund. Really???? Then when he asked for the general manager’s number, he was told it couldn’t be given out. I have never heard of that being that a lot of establishments have this information posted. We need the general manager’s number ASAP to get this rectified. This was very disheartening for him to experience this in this wonderful Haughton community!!!
