. Meal for 4: 2 crunch wraps, 2 quesadillas, 4 tacos, 2 nacho chips n dip; 4 drinks; beefy nachos; and a bowl of beans n rice. Guys payed attention in ensuring there were no tomatoes on the crunch wraps. So thanks for that. Every single item from our order that required ‘grilled’ heat pressed was burnt, as in barely edible, burnt, with next to nothing on them when it came to ingredients. Don’t even look remotely close to the pictures on the Taco bell website. In the past, I’ve placed the same order and received very similar, leaving the tomato on when I requested it for it to be left off. Skimpy portions… Guys I love Taco Bell!!! My best friend is a manager at a store in Tennessee. Food is my love language. Y’all toying with my heart over this tho!!! It’s killing me to leave this review. And ain’t no drive thru time worth burning the food. It was a delivery at that so I wasn’t exactly there, impatiently, waiting for my food. Pictures for learning purposes only! I believe in you Taco Bell! Oh n the beefy nachos got smashed being at the bottom of the bag. Food was still eaten tho. Everyone grumbled about the burnt stuff, well everyone except the dog, who stole a quesadilla when no one was looking.

After a bad experience at checkers tonight, me and my wife decided to go get our usual from Taco Bell and when we approached the drive thru window we were greeted so nicely by Semay. She was so friendly and didn’t rush us at all. she definitely turned our night better! Incredible customer service!!!!

We went through the drive-through on Saturday, November 23, after shopping. They answered the speaker pretty quickly, with a little attitude. There were no other vehicles in the drive-through and only one vehicle in the lot for inside. We placed our order, and they had us pull around the building to the front double doors to wait for our fresh empanada. The wait was so… long we thought about asking for a refund, because it took so long. My husband went into see about our order, and we finally got our food. Our food was good, but my quesadilla was partially empty

We went in tonight for dinner and stood at the counter while some of the employees just continued to walk around, not even acknowledging us. We stood there waiting for someone to come and take our order well she never did. So we walked out to go through the drive thru. We’ll, I’ve never had issues with location before, but tonight, it was awful. My daughter ordered cheese roll ups, and it wasn’t even heated. The cheese was still unrelated. They were all like that. She ordered 3. I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce and got a bean burrito with a hard tortilla shell. It was loaded with onion and a little cheese and hardly no beans and no red sauce. I was mostly eating flour tortilla. I was highly disappointed in the service and the food tonight.

My wife and I had a pickup order for dinner. We pulled forward out of the drive through after receiving it to check the bags and a man ran up to our vehicle from inside to let us know an item was missing. I was in the process of reviewing our order when he came up not even one minute after we pulled away. They had the missing item ready at the window. Best drive through service we’ve ever had from Taco Bell hands down! People like this don’t get enough recognition and appreciation.

Not great. You have to use the order kiosk. Which is filthy. Then once your food is ordered people act like they don’t even know they have customers . It was about 20 min before anyone even noticed we were standing at the counter. They finally gave us our cups and then we got our food. Ordering kiosk worst thing ever. Just made bad customer service worse. Then I got my quesadilla and it’s not even cooked enough to melt the cheese . If they aren’t cooking that enough what else are they not cooking enough. Also I got fiesta potato’s and they tasted hard like someone had cooked them earlier or the day before and just warmed them up. Nothing was good. Won’t go back

The food is good here but I don’t like the way they change their shredded lettuce to where it’s bigger pieces of lettuce now I preferred it back whenever the shredded lettuce was really thin it made the tacos better

Its hit or miss with this location.a few weeks ago i was checking my order and one of the cantina Chicken tacos hardly had anything on it ask them to remake it because what you pay for this stuff you want your food and it took to long to get the order and they have plenty of associates working that night.went back got the Dorito loco taco i substitute steak instead of the ground beef.what is it with yall skimping on the meat.there was hardly no steak on them
