Been in Tigard since 2018. Been going to papa John’s regularly when I would eat pizza. Never had a complaint, pizza was good. Now the last two times i went in a row the quality has not been the same. The toppings are inconsistently spread on the pizza, and very little. Like the Canadian bacon pieces are pathetic. Then the dough! Something has changed! It’s not the same fluffy crust I remember. It’s hard and chewy like. Then my 8 piece wings. We’re small dincky little wings. Not to mention that one of my wings were the tip of the birds wing, like the very top where the feathers attach too. There’s no meat at all just sauce. Either it’s papa John’s quality now, or bad employees that have no work ethic, or both! Sad excuse as a living if there’s no heart put into it.

Buffalo boneless wings are just embarrassing. Seriously.. Vague nuggets with a smattering of some kind of buff sauce. Yea its papa John’s but this is insulting.

Ordered online for carryout and was ready by the time I went to pick it up (within 20 minutes). I was happy that it was ready to go and didn’t have to wait for it. We got a pepperoni and sausage, sausage and mushroom on white sauce, Hawaiian pizza on the New York style, cheesebread, and garlic knots. The food was good and did its job of satisfying the hunger.

Been about a year since ordering papa johns at this location. The crust has changed and was not good at all. Biggest gripe is there delivery. They switched to Doordash and that is a HUGE mistake. Terrible delivery. Doordash does not use the insulated pizza bags so pizza was cold, they left my pizza in the rain so now the boxes we soggy and pizza further cooling, and the driver did not even ring the bell or knock so I had no idea it was even delivered. Is this why all their deals are Carryout Only?

Papa John’s is always my go-to place for great pizza with garlic sauce. Needless to say as well, the company is ranked highly on animal welfare by using responsible vendors. Can’t say the same for other chain pizza companies.

I ordered a pizza from here 2 days ago and the service was great but what has happened to the pizza quality. Its been about 15 years since I had papa John’s and I would have put it on my top 5 list back then. But what I had the other day was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I should have just bought totinos, it would have been better.

Pretty standard Papa John’s location that is close to me. It’s definitely a place I’d order from again to get good casual delivery pizza when I’m craving it for lunch or dinner. They have what you’d expect from a regular pizza chain, though I tend to like Papa John’s more than places like Domino’s and Pizza Hut. I especially enjoy their garlic sauce and dipping the crusts in it, plus their cheesy bread is satisfying too.

An unopened garlic sauce in the box. Sloppy made pizza. Tast like it is dogey and not down. they take 2 dollars from your card and they expect every one to tip them. The card to the hotel rooms is not true with papa jhons. Domino’s is better than Papa John’s any day of the week. They do not what to do there job right at all. I will not ever go here again
