Pricer than Masa but the quality of sushi is most definitely worth it. The gyoza was to die for; the sauce paired with it was delicious. The soup and salad combo with 2 or 3 rolls of sushi for $13 or $15 ish is a steal and a bonus to going. Their nonrice rolls are different and taste decent but not worth the price in reality. The Kani salad had no spice or anything, so it was average at best, nothing to rave about. The presentation of the dishes is beyond beautiful. The colored wraps are soy paper!

Edited review- week and a half apart. The rolls ordered are spicy crab and Avocado roll with soy paper- eel sauce on the side. Other rolls are Cali and Philly roll. During the lunch special, we got the sushi combo, which includes soup and salad with 2-3 rolls for $11 or $14. We also got pork gyoza as an appetizer and, as last time, just as delicious! Lastly, we ordered the lobster naruto roll, which was gross! The cucumber combination was awful where we couldn’t even eat it. It was $15 to have a bit and spit it out! Super disappointed in that roll to say the least!

Kobe is the old Mahzu in Aberdeen. We went to Kobe the first week they had taken over from Mazhu, and sad to say it was a disaster. But Im happy to say if you went then as well, things have drastically changed – for the better. They redesigned the entire inside with a “Fusion” look. New tables and chairs and neon lights. All the waitresses were very nice, attentive and brought out the food as ordered. The presentation of the food was spectacular. And most importantly, the food was excellent.
Definitely check them out if you haven’t before and if you were a regular of Mazhu you will be pleasantly surprised. Look forward to going back.

Definitely come here for amazing sushi It was super fresh and the presentation was amazing. The service was impeccable. Prices are very reasonable. Tables are spread apart and were following regulations. They don’t have alcohol but there is a liquor store next door and they allow you to bring in your bottle for no additional cost which is great! 10/10 would recommend and I’m definitely coming back here.
