Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Made me wait 30 minutes for 1 drink!!!! They served people who ordered after me BEFORE ME!!! and the pale girl with black hair who was calling out the drinks was so rude about it. She needs to be fired and this location needs their entire staff re-trained. I will never come here again and I’ve already told all my friends and family who usually come here for their coffee to stop patronizing this place. Horrible experience.

I use to like going here. Now when I do, my drink taste different every time. Its made very diluted and sloppy. The girls at the window rush you through, and I used my card this time, I think the gal put her own tip on before I ran my card. I won’t be coming back here unfortunately.

It’s a standard Starbucks and gets the job done. The interior is nice, so I’ll sometimes go and study there. I recommend the iced apple shaken espresso for fall. It’s better than the PSL!

Horrible customer service, 3 times in a row. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location and I will never go back. $10 coffee but they won’t give me a Trenta cup of ice(I was even willing to pay for it). Being ridiculous with Trenta cups just lost them hundreds in business.
