NEVER EVER AGAIN! As a regular Subway customer, I have always had a good experience.. until today!! if I could have left zero Stars that’s how I would rate this Subway experience. it’s been a few months since I’ve gone to this particular restaurant but today the family wanted Subway so I decided to get the Thanksgiving subs… worst choice ever!! my husband got the TURHAMKEN sub and seems to be ok with it I, on the other hand, got just the turkey.. the first sub was loaded with cheese and meats and stuffing and cranberry and everything else that came on there. the woman that was making the sandwiches did not speak English or understand it; I am far from a judgmental person but it is my belief that if you’re going to work in a restaurant making food orders in America you should learn the English language!?! how can you make someone’s food if you don’t understand what they’re ordering? I specifically told her three times I did not want spinach on my sub yet she proceeded to put spinach on the sub
I literally had to raise my voice to tell her no spinach. so as they were making my sub I got a very thin layer of Turkey and one tiny scoop of stuffing that they tried to smear from one end of a footlong to the other it was literally pathetic. I asked him three times where my stuffing was, why didn’t I get stuffing on my sub?? but of course they didn’t understand English so they didn’t see a problem. of course trying to ask him for a discount for half of a sub was futile.. they still proceeded to make me pay for a footlong– $11.97 worth of a sandwich that had enough product to fill a 6-in, if that! the worst part of the whole ordeal was the fact that i got 3 subs.. and was charged $50.36!! I have NEVER, NEVER paid that much at ANY Subway !! i usually get 4 subs, a bowl of meatballs, 6 cookies, and a fountain drink for LESS THAN $50!!
Needless to say, I will be contacting the corporate office and will not be servicing that Subway again.

I’m only posting this in hopes that a manager/owner sees this. The girl behind the counter was absolutely nice and working super hard. She was getting swamped with door dash orders and my self and 3 other customers were in line. She was killin it, but getting her ass kicked. Another employee came in while she was in the weeds. He sat down at a table. She asked him if he would clock in early to help her and he refused, just sat there while she was going crazy with customers etc. That dude for real needs to be fired, hell he might still be sitting there for all I know. Give the girl a massive raise!! Food wise some of the meat was discolored and gray/brownish, which she tossed, but it was still unappetizing.

The food was extremely disappointing and seemed old. The lettuce had no proper color, the chicken smelled spoiled, and the sandwich looked as if it had been crushed before being handed to me and my coworkers. The staff did not seem to understand English, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Other customers were having the same issue while I was there. This was the worst Subway I’ve ever visited — and I’ve been to locations in much rougher neighborhoods.”

Went in, spoke twice to the first employee, but got not response because he was talking on the phone (through earbuds). 2nd employee was very polite and helpful. He clarified some questions i had regarding on of the specials on the menu and he was kind about us unknowingly bringing in an expired coupon.

There soda fountain is nasty.. every flavor was watered down and flat and dirty.How you gonna charge $4 for a drink and every single flavor is water.. you can tell nobody cleans them out and the tea was stale.. this place use to be good but idk what happened lately.The meatballs are old and chewy.But this place will continue growing on serve customers and get away with it.Not to mention they gave me the wrong chicken on my sub after I repeatedly told them what I wanted.Never again

The $5 footlong Doritos is a waste of money when they use a snack size Dorito bag and only put 3 pieces of chicken and so much chipotle sauce …it’s weird and then cut the 2 half tomato slices into 6 mini pieces lol 3 jalapenos … Disappointed. Their meatballs got a lot smaller so double the meat or you will just have a big sub roll …

When I kindly asked if they could add just one extra sauce, they said it would cost an additional $2. However, when I place an order through the app, I can get this for free. The employee said, “Your second sauce is extra, so you need to pay $2.” This is ridiculous—$2 for just one extra sauce!

Last year there was major issues with the store they closed, they remodeled, and it appears they changed all of their policy and procedures as to what it should be. I travel all throughout the state of Maryland for my job and I frequent a lot of different subways and sub shops. I went in here on Saturday in the morning and I was blown away. They were freshly slicing meat in front of me restrooms were accessible, and the place was really clean. Customer service was on point. The store should be a role model for all of the other subways. Thank you for making corrective action.

On 12/9/22 (at exactly 8am because we pulled up at 7:57 and waited until 8.a.m)My boyfriend and I walked up to subway for breakfast there were 2 women standing outside and the woman in the black immediately said and stated with undesirable tone “we’re not open, we just got a truck” that’s it no good morning no apology just that and continued to smoke her cigarette.
