This little hole in the wall BBQ joint in the sleepy town of Ambridge is a gem! Nothing fancy by way of building or decor and the parking is a little weird but the BBQ was great and the sides tasted like mom made them. The turkey was mouthwatering! Give it a try.

Our 1st time tonight and we LOVED this place!!! The brisket is simply amazing and delicious, tender and seasoned just right! Lots of sides to choose from, as well as smoked turkey, pulled pork, smoked sausage, and ribs on Thursday and Friday. We HIGHLY recommend you try this place…you won’t be sorry if you like BBQ! The owner makes everything himself and is super friendly! Really glad we tried it out, and we’ll be back!!!

I ordered from here and had it Door Dashed. The first time, my order was cancelled on me and I was refunded, but the second time was wonderful! The baked beans are very good. The cornbread was moist. And the brisket was delicious. I should’ve ordered more! The pasta salad was good also.
I got the spicy vinegar coleslaw, but it wasn’t my favorite. I might try the creamy type next time.

Being new to the area, trying all the local Mom and Pop places, ODBQ a must try. Best BBQ we have had in long time. The creamy coleslaw, Mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes and baked beans are excellent! The turkey was so moist and melts in your mouth. The place is clean, service is great and very friendly serving up the food. We will be back!

I’ve been to barbecue joints of all kinds across the entire country and this dude right here makes a perfect brisket- top of the list. Excellent pulled pork as well, extremely tender and juicy. No sauce needed, truly, but his homemade sauces are great and unique. We’ll be back for some ribs and turkey next time. Homemade sides, excellent mild spice on the black beans and flavorful coleslaw. Don’t waste your money anywhere else in Western PA, seriously. This is real BBQ from a guy who loves what he does. Super glad we saw it and decided to stop, despite usually being disappointed with BBQ.

I have tried just about every bbq place within 20 miles of my house and ODBQ by far has the best BBQ I have had. The turkey is always so tender and full of moisture I have no clue how he does it! The hot sausage is the personal best I have had. Bark on the brisket is amazing, lean or fatty you will want more when it’s over! If you live within driving distance don’t miss out! Make sure you try every sauce!
