This is place used to be soo good. It was taken over by the new people and is nasty as ever . Stale bread and and every trip they give no cheese barely any toppings so just stale bread. I will not shop this place any more , I tried to give it a chance.

I went yesterday and got 3 subs… EVERYTHING WAS OK WHEN THE LADY WAS PUTTING THE TOPPINGS ON MY DADS SUB .AND MY DAUGHTER SUB…BUT WHEN THE LADY GOT TO MY SUB.I GOT A SUBWAY CLUB AND WHEN SHE WAS PUTTING THE TOPPINGS ON MY SUB…I SPECIFICALLY SAID LIGHT LETTUCE.. TOMATOES..SALT ON MY TOMATOES..THE LADY PUT PEPPER ON MY SUB…I SAID MAM I ASKED FOR SALT I AM ALLERGIC TO PEPPER.SHE TRIED TAKING ALL THE TOPPINGS OFF MY SUB AND NOT WANTING TO REMAKE MY FOOD..

I went into the S. Limestone store for only the second time. First experience was just ok so I figured I’d try again since my granddaughter requested it and we happened to be right there. #1 no welcome in, no smile nothing but, ” Next, what kind of bread you want?” I answered and Before I could take a breath he says, ” Meat you want?”. I answer, this time a little quicker lol because I’m wanting to tell him I’d like the bread toasted just a lil before the meat was put on but nope he slaps the meat on so fast. I then tell him how I wanted it so he dumps the meat on the paper, heats bread then I tell him all the veggies I’d like and keeps asking me what else after I say tomato 3 times and still no tomato. Finally, get tomatoes and tell him I’d like a CUP of Sweet onion sauce, he starts squirting it all over my sub. I walk AWAY! I literally feel rushed through the whole process. No, thank you sir. I don’t want you to remake the sub. PTSD is real and it takes a lot for some to even get out doors and be in public. For those people I don’t recommend this establishment.

Avoid this location!! Used to be a good spot, new owners are less than unpleasant. Food wasn’t that great and service was absolutely terrible. Guy at the register was rude and flipped my food to me across the counter. Then, he immediately turned and walked away. I will not be back and I will tell everyone about this experience.

Have had problems with this store before but I ordered for delivery on the app and after it takes my money for some reason the order is canceled and now have to wait up to 10 business days for a refund, which was the last of my money I had for supper tonight, then I call the store couldn’t understand nothing the person was saying. But did understand the tone of voice that was I was taking time out of their day that they couldn’t get back, I work I customer service and have been on phone calls for up to an hour to make a customer happy. I will not be coming back to this store again

I’ve had good experiences at this subway for a long time, but I must say I’ve visited 3 times this week and the same man and female staff were working. They are extremely polite and diligent workers. The app also has some really good deals and also a couple things that were not available a year ago on it are back. Pizza sub, BLT sub. Much praise to the staff at this establishment!

I would give more stars if they ever paid attention to any instructions. In person, under strict guidance from the customer, this subway is fine. But dont expect an online order to be met with the same attention. I’ve ordered online twice, on one sub they completely left off a sauce that was supposed to come on the sub, leaving it completely dry. On the other, I indicated I wanted a light amount of mayo… What I got was a mayo slathered nightmare. Do better.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! There was a hair in the lettuce container for starters, and the employee did not wash their hands or change her gloves before making my sandwich. Very rude poor poor customer service. Save your money and your stomach from possible food poisoning!!
