Omgggg! The food here was sooooo good! The sweet potatoes were perfect! The mac n’ cheese was like it was made by someone grandmother, delicious!! The fried chicken wings were fried and seasoned to perfection. The mild sauce was flavorful and I really enjoyed that soft dinner roll. I also ordered a slice of peach cobbler cheesecake and it took my breath away! It melted in my mouth! The only thing that was basic was the house made lemonade. I got the pineapple flavor and it had a fake taste to it like they used snowball juice to flavor it. The pizza was basic bowling alley pizza. I will definitely come back for the chicken, sweet potatoes and mac n’ cheese.

Rickettes Restaurant bowled us over Came to Hillside Bowl and found this next to the bar… Ordered a 6 piece combo and mozzarella sticks and this was by far the crunchiest, moist and tastiest chicken ever! Service from Arraya was spectacular, this is one family joint I will drive out to and keep supporting. One taste and the kids devoured the wings and legs. The thigh and breasts were saved for a midnight snack… Still crunchy hours later. Chicken was so good, kids asked that I take another order to go. 2 leg and a 2 pc combo and fries. Rickettes restaurant has seating at the counter or tables, but if you’re like many here… take it to the lanes and enjoy! Rickettes surely scored a 5 star review on this visit. Don’t get me started on the sauces.

This place is given a 10 out of 10. the food is really good and the customer service is amazing. I drove all the way from Wisconsin to have my 51st birthday party here. I would definitely recommend hillside bowling to more family and friends

On 10/21/2025 Tuesday around 11:30A .Arrived at this location placed my order.With a male cashier.He taken my order 10 wings/ 6wings..At 12:45p .I decided to go back inside the restaurant to ask about my order.The female manager was behind the counter, I asked was Lockett order ready she said yes . Received the order had to drop the ten pieces off at the post office up the street. Open my bag to my surprise chicken so cold with only ten French fries.
When I arrived home ,my niece at the post office wasn’t happy with her order as well.This is the very first time this has happened to me at this location.
I was very patiently with waiting on my fresh hot chicken .That never happened..And I never received the text to say that the order was ready.

Ribs are “okay” not anything i would order again. Said they were “smoked off site” but got them and NO they weren’t. I’m from Chicago, I know good barbecue but good food in general. Chicken is good, my daughter likes it. I’m either a Harold’s or Uncle Remus fan personally. Overall, I don’t go here unless my kid asks me too. Don’t get suckered into buying the ribs because they’re cheap, they’re really not good. They tasted tough, old and boiled.

Really love this place. Order here often. Just really wish they kept the rib tips on the menu everyday. But when they do have them it’s a real treat. But Bae Bay dip that dinner roll in the sauce whew it’s AMAZING. Overall great chicken. Never seems to disappoint!! Glad they came to the suburbs to bless the land.
