The staff tried their best to refresh a very tired salad bar and when that didn’t work they adjusted our bill with no problems. We arrived about 7pm on a Tuesday (11/11) for three senior buffet dinners. The four containers of greens were either empty, had slimy spinach or brown iceberg lettuce and the other had chicken in it. I’m a vegetarian so the best part of Pizza Ranch is typically their salad bar. They immediately refreshed the greens when I brought it to their attention. Unfortunately the spinach was wet, stuck together, and still slimy. At this point I asked if I could change my order from buffet to just a pizza. They did that without batting an eye. They went way out of their way to appease a grumpy old woman and I really appreciate that. The pizza was delicious.

So much has improved at the Boone Pizza Ranch! Out visit over the lunch time for the buffet was by far the best it’s been in a long time. Matter of fact, stopped going out there months ago and had a craving for the chicken so tried it again today! Very clean, exceptionally well stocked with a lot of variety buffet! Even the dessert area had a lot of choices and just awesome!

Disgusting! I asked to have a table cleaned. The busser dumped 2 sodas from another table in the same buckets he used the wipe the table. I was so grossed out I went to the car to get sanitizer to clean the table before we sat down. I had to order a pizza because there was none available. Very unsanitary to the point I really didn’t eat the food. A great place to spread disease and germs. Also we sat under some mold Do not go here!!

I would give a zero if I could I ordered original and got thin crust and when I called after waiting a hour for my order the rude GM say we haven’t had any thin crust gone out he could send a new one out yet it would be another hour. I said no I’m not waiting a hour he said he give a $5.00 credit what a joke are you kidding I just spent $30 plus bucks and all you going to give is arguing and $5.00. How own up to your mistake and make it right I’m pretty sure your owner and corporate is not going to be happy with this!
