Amazing restaurant. It is very unassuming from the outside, but once inside the ambiance is classy, elegant, and cozy. Every dish we tried was outstanding, and the food truly exceeded expectations.
I highly recommend the Cacio e Pepe for the tableside presentation, it was both delicious and fun to experience. Everyone on the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
The desserts were absolutely to die for, and I will definitely be back.

Food: I tried the Caccio e Pepe in the cheese wheel and it was delicious! I was excited to try and forgot to take a pic. Pictures included are appetizers and dessert. Bruschetta and calamari, we also tried the arancini, all very flavorful. The pistachio cheesecake crust was a little hard to get through but it was tasty.
Service: Excellent, the hostess was nice and polite and our server was very engaging and on top of everything. He made a point to offer suggestions.
Atmosphere: very intimate, dimmed lighting, cute decor. Not too loud and it felt welcoming.
Will be returning!

I love the fact that they have Cacio E Pepe and I loved even more that they mix the hot pasta in a cheese wheel just like in Italy!
My boyfriend also really enjoyed the Italian sausage pasta. He said it was very flavorful

Review time.. First and foremost the food is delicious, drinks are also yummy . the menu is simple but honestly you can’t go wrong with whatever you get.. Cute date night idea.. Super cute place, not loud and you can definitely get allot of value from this place. Price point, with an appetizer, soft drinks and your main course you’re spending about $80-100..
The not-so-great: For a cute, charming restaurant that requires reservations, I expected a certain level of atmosphere and presentation, including a basic dress standard. While celebrating my anniversary, I noticed two separate groups being seated in what can only be described as “roll-out-of-bed” attire plain sweats, not even fashionable athletic wear. That really detracted from what should have been a nice evening dining experience.
This was my second visit, and unfortunately I observed the same situation both times, with the hostess allowing guests to be seated in extremely casual clothing. Because of this, I won’t be returning, as it takes away from the overall ambiance the restaurant seems to aim for.

WOW, is all I can say, such fresh, delicious pastas, with welcome service! I came 30 minutes away to try this restaurant, because I saw online and happy I did! Nora was amazing service! I had the spicy lobster spaghetti, and my wife the cheese wheel pasta. Great prices, will be back! Thank you!

Great service from beginning to end. They have a strict 2 hour on table policy it was a bit weird but by the time we finished eating it made sense, it was more than enough time for us to eat comfortably. Our waiter was very helpful and patient with us. Our meals looked and tasted great. Honestly, for the type of restaurant and service, the price was well worth it. Location is very fancy, very clean and looks great!

This is a go to spot in the Ahwatukee area for consistently authentic Italian food and expertly mixed cocktails. I’ve never had an issue getting a table for 2 last minute, and the service is top class whether the place is full or not. Top tier, highly recommend checking it out if you are a foodie in the PHX area.

American way pasta is a hidden gem of a restaurant, perfect date night spot even. The food was awesome, the atmosphere was great, and service was quick since we showed up shortly after open. Would absolutely recommend coming to try it. Also I think the fixed menu is in some sort of rotation, the website menu items were different than what was offered in-house, but we still got some of our favorite pasta dishes.
