They finally got a pizza order they’ve gotten wrong twice before right for the first time, but this time we found a piece of literal wood in one of our pizzas. We have a toddler and are grateful it wasn’t her who ate it. 1/2” piece of something like a cabinet or cutting board baked into the pizza. Three strikes, we’re done.

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich online. The sandwich come cut in half. When I bit into the half sandwich, I noticed it was only bread and cheese. I opened the sandwich to find half a strip of chicken fajita right in the center of the half sandwich. I opened the other half of sandwich to find the other half of the chicken fajita strip and one other small piece of chicken. I figured this was a mistake because the image I ordered online looks nothing like this. I went back to Domino’s to let them know they forgot the chicken in my sandwich. I was told that’s how the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is made. They are not allowed to put more the allotted weight in chicken, which apparently is a strip or so. I told them that they advertised a good looking sandwich but this is not it. I asked for a refund, but they would not give it. They instead wanted me to order something else, but I they can’t be trusted to make a sandwich so I said no to the credit. The cashier called over 2 other people to help him convince me to take the credit. They wore me down and I left with promise of credit to eat a sandwich there next time. I was a terrible experience. I recommend Pizza Hut at the next light over or even Little Caesars. Domino’s is low quality.

So typically when I get food at this location it doesn’t seem to be an issue, tonight when receiving my food the cashier didn’t seem to know where my pizza was. To which I saw them pull this pizza from a medium box and placed in a large box. After asking I was insured that it was a large that was placed in a medium box and that it was “squished”. Please correct if I am wrong but this seems like a medium pepperoni when I was charged for a large. Which is just very disheartening because I don’t like to give complaints I know the food industry isn’t easy. It’s just hard for me to accept this as a large when it seems pretty accurate to a medium.

I selected one star but if I could I wouldn’t leave any. This person Chris was rude and intentionaly he didn’t change the order to deliver, trying to sabotage the delivery time, the good thing is that I call to confirm if it was out to deliver to find out that he didn’t change it.the pizza was for the school where time is sensitive. Rude, careless and bad person because to say yes and don’t do it you have to be a bad person too.and the manager was just laughing at what he did. Never again!!!

Domino’s is usually good, but this last time, I order 2 orders of traditional wings (1 buffalo and 1 plain) and what I got was 2 orders of plain boneless wings. The worst part they didn’t even tell me. When I’m home I see what I received so I called them immediately and they say “oh its because we ran out” so I say “why didn’t you call me, I would have canceled my order, if i wanted boneless wings i would have ordered them” and they said “we were too busy”. Also my pizza which I asked to have onions and mushrooms was lacking on the onions. They wouldn’t even give me my money back all they said is I would get credit….I don’t even care to go back so that the same thing happens again. I understand they were busy but it would have taken them a couple of minutes tops to call and ask if I still wanted my order.

We ordered a pizza with the garlic crust and no garlic on the other. We let the girl who was working know but she took one pizza decided to put the butter only on top of one and served it to us. Worst experience. We got credit for the pizza but they should really teach their employees how to properly fix an issue instead of this.
