How does it happen that a couple of slices of my 2-meat pizza has NO MEAT? And the meat that was on it was over cooked! If there were actual competition, the quality of our fast food here would improve! This same pizza in Austin would have presented as a Meat Lover’s pizza! Do better Elgin Dominos!!!!

Sick of ordering at this location. Pizzas are always overcooked and seem old. Not even hot. Called to tell them and the manager never even apologized. Seemed like he wasn’t very happy to remove them. Ugh. That was their last chance

This store is poorly run, never staffed, and the food quality is not great.
I ordered a medium pizza, some bread, and chicken, and it showed on the receipt it was ready at 12:06pm. The food wasn’t delivered until 1:10pm…so it sat waiting for over an hour after being made…and you could tell.
The pizza was luke warm and soggy, the cheese in the cheese bread was congealed and no longer even warm, and the chicken was just a block of dried grease holding the pieces of chicken together.
Was told they only had one driver, but you can’t let food just sit like that waiting to be delivered.
No idea how this store stays open and if they can’t properly staff it, it should be shut down.

So gross. I’d rather eat Little Caesars. The last order I got was incorrect and disgusting. Tried to call to have them remade and couldn’t get an answer.
I ordered two cheese (one deep dish) with light sauce and extra cheese. Got two regular crust NO sauce cheese pizzas and I don’t even know what was wrong with the gross gritty texture of the cheese, then my pepperoni was burnt and the 4th pizza, sausage, had like 5 pieces of sausage.
Only reason I’m writing this review like a week later is because I think it’s ridiculous I’m telling my husband I’d rather get the kids Little Caesars for dinner than Dominos since we THREW AWAY 3 whole pizzas that no one ate. We are the one out of desperation cause that was our dinner.
Lost my business permanently.

I haven’t had Domino’s this horrible in years. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese. I’ve gotten the same order 4 or five times over the last few months. I don’t know if it was grease or if it was too much sauce but it soaked through the crust (hand tossed) and the only thing that wasn’t a drippy mess was the part of the crust you hold. It was like a soupy mess very gross the picture doesn’t do it justice how disgusting this was. This is what it looks like after sitting 20 minutes or so

Nice people but my sandwich was completely wrong. I ordered a Philly sandwich and received ham and pepperoni with banana peppers! I don’t know what to say to that but next time I’m checking my order before I pay.

This was our 3rd incident with this deliverer (and we’ve order a lot from Domino’s in the 2 years we have lived in Elgin), tall, white, full beard, bald, baseball cap. He is the only one that took nearly an hour on one of our deliveries and we had to call the store. Usually deliver is so fast I barely hang up the phone before it arrives with all other deliverers.
Thursday 3/24/25 we ordered a pizza. Deliverer came quickly but he put our pizza on the ground the rang the bell (yes in that order) and left before I got to the door in 10 seconds. I have 2 chairs and a table and it rained all day. I called the store and spoke to 2 people Juan (a manager) who offered a full refund, I called again and talked to a young lady (no need to give her name, she was not a manager) telling her that we did not want this guy to deliver to us, ever. She said she would let the general manager know and that he would be in tomorrow (Friday, yesterday). I was so worried after we ate that he may have did something to our pizza, I sent texts to 2 friends and a family member letting them know that if something happened to us here is what happened and to contact the police and reference this location.
Yesterday evening (Friday) I checked my account and found that there was no refund pending in my account. At 7:04pm I called the store and told the young lady I spoke to 2 people yesterday and I was looking to speak with the general manager, she started stuttering like she wasn’t sure what to say and being directed to say what she did say. I asked if he was there I was told he would be there today, after an awkwardly long silence I said “hello?” she repeated yes and asked for my name, I gave it and she said he said it was busy and that he would call me back. I could tell that I would not get that call back and I didn’t.
This general manager does not care enough about customers to at least consider that there may be something wrong with this guy and it was clear he didn’t care enough to talk to me or at least issue the credit we were promised. No worries, I can see that I am not the only one that have had issues with this store. Your driver is disrespectful, ignorant and selective about who he respects when delivering people their orders but its not his business so he doesn’t care but you should. FYI, this will not be my only review. I am posting this review anywhere I can.

I called in an order at 3:10 PM and even had proof that the call was made. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they had no record of the order. I showed them that we did call, but instead of trying to make it right, they basically brushed it off. I had to place the order all over again, and when I asked if it could be rushed since this wasn’t our fault, the guy just said no—he had other orders ahead. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue. Just plain bad customer service. Disappointing experience.
