I’ve been coming to Mandy’s Cape Creamery for years, and it’s always amazing. The soft serve flavors and toppings are endless, portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh. Mandy herself is often behind the counter and it’s so clear she pours her heart into this place. 10/10, even for the soft serve haters like myself who appreciate their regular ice cream as well. Their mint chip is my absolute favorite and it’s a true tragedy that I live a couple of states over!

This was not a place that was planned previously, it was right next to the bike rental ship we used. After dinner down the street and after seeing how crazy the line is for ice cream cafe right across that parking lot, we drove back to this more low key spot, with seemingly better flavors.
I asked how many Ice cream flavors in a large. They said 3 flavors, big scoops. They were not kidding about the large scoops, they were HUGE. It was like Starbucks venti size – 4 people could have split that thing. It was like second dinner. I kinda wish they advertised the cup sizes outside so we knew what we were getting into. Even if known, Boyfriend said he would have gotten a large for us to split anyway.
The ice cream itself, every single flavor: amazing! Creamy, not crazy sweet, with varying textures. The apple pie was delicious with actual pie, coconut – the toasted bits were fun, and the graham central station (with chocolate coated honey comb) was the star.
Seating both inside and outside.
When I come back to Cape Cod, this will be returned.

Customers for life! We tried Mandy’s for the first time this year and fell in love with the vibes. The owner was super nice and gave us great service. You can tell she cares about the business and customers. There is a nostalgic 80s/90s feel with booths inside for seating, games to play, and great music. Outside has plenty of seating looking out over a cool little corner of Orleans, right on the bike trail. Prices and ice cream were very good. Lots of options. One bonus is they take cards and Apple Pay and all that, so no stress of the cash only spots. We love Mandy’s and can’t wait to come back!

My new favorite ice cream spot! You can tell they are truly family run place which I love. I am a huge soft serve and this is the place for that!! so many flavors. Such a fun area to hang out as well, plus walking to mini golf and a souvenir shop which makes for a fun afternoon

I went there for the 2025 season’s opening day. Already I could see plans coming to fruition of turning this place into Orleans’ prime hangout spot. Since they no longer have a food menu, anyone is welcome to bring snacks or even pack a lunch, then buy ice cream if they’re so inclined. There’s a lovely indoor seating area, reminiscent of a retro Friendly’s (mostly because it used to be one). Outside seating is just as nice, with umbrellas, and the building is super cool as well. The brick is real!
Things were still coming together here. For example, there’s intention to expand a second outdoor seating area with something soft for kids who are prone do falling down, and potentially a couple more outdoor games. I went three times over the course of about a week, and it was super fun to see the progress. There was no soft serve on opening day, but when I got a twist in a waffle cone at the end of the week, it was the creamiest I’d ever had. The hope is that they’ll be able to serve the fabled 24 flavors sometime soon.
And not to be over looked, the people here are the most fun I’ve met not just at an ice cream place, but at any place, maybe ever. So go for the ice cream, stay for the people!

We had great ice cream there the other night after mini golf! They have hard ice cream and soft serve, and some creative soft serve creations! They also had dippin dots, which was a pleasant surprise for the young lady in our party that enjoys it!

Excellent staff, the workers are so fun and entertaining. The ice cream is some of the CREAMIEST you will ever have, not to mention the THIRTY flavors of soft serve wich is unheard of. All icecream is homemade and every flavor pleases.

Mandy’s was totally fine and definitely worth finishing but taste was average, flavors weren’t particular creative and there are simply many better options, even very nearby.
