What special vibe. I have been to other sub houses and not been as impressed by any means. This place changed my mind about the chain. Our bartender was a treat. Shout out to Adrian for your enthusiastic attitude. You made our day special. I ordered the Italian sub per her suggestion, she did not steer us wrong. Looking forward to the next time I can go. Drinks are priced well. The house chips are notable, also. Off street parking in the back.

The food was wrong for 2 of us out of the party of 4. But, they corrected it without argument and made it better than expected, so 5 stars for the service but 4 for the food. We all had cheesesteaks and agreed they were bland. I thought it would have been better on a different bun, or maybe butteted and toasted. But, the atmosphere and service is why we would go back. The drinks were properly made and the beer was cold.

I have been a customer of sub house for a long time have recommend them often Until last nite! I ordered a simple sub,I was very specific meat cheese,with lettuce tomato and mayo on the side.
I get a sandwich drowned in oil,with some type of hot red relish in the center.
The receipt on the bag was accurate.however who ever made it added items I did not order or like.please retrain him or her.Your sandwich s are expensive and customers should get what they order

Service has always been great. Almost any sport u watch is always on or available. Multiple tvs. Food is usually pretty fresh. Jukebox available. Front n rear parking. Tap pay available.

For an appetizer we had teezers. I had the quarter Ham & Swiss sub, my husband had the half ham, turkey & Provolone sub. The sub buns are so delicious and fresh! Everything comes out in a good timely manner. For this being New Years Day at lunch time it was pretty busy. The bartender was also our waitress and she was awesome! She kept up with a full bar of 10 people and 8 tables full of people. We enjoy coming to the Submarine House. We will definitely be returning customers. (I also posted the shot menu. Such a big variety)

Sports bar for sure. Perfect for game day. The food way really good. The seasoning on the fries was really good. I had the ham and cheese sub and the bun was toasted perfectly, very delicious.

We spent over 2 hours in The Submarine House in Troy watching football. We had 3 couples. The food came out wrong. We NEVER received our food. The waitress then had the nerve to pass us off to another server to give us our bills. The bills were all wrong.
Will not be going back anytime soon.
