I ordered a pizza bowl and side through Uber Eats for pickup. Arrived at store at designated time, and was informed that they did not have the pizza bowls. The cashier said they could not contact the customer. When I stated I had not been contacted at all, they clarified that they do not have a way to. When I asked if another entree could be substituted, was informed they could not, because they do not have an Uber tablet and could not make any changes to orders made through Uber, and that I’d have to contact Uber support. I did so and was told that Uber support cannot assist while an order is pending. Was ultimately given only my side, but the cashier said he would refund my entree. This turned out to not be correct, as I learned hours later when the order was marked complete in full. I’m going to chalk this up to confusion, rather than dishonest by the cashier. After the order was marked complete, I contacted Uber support again for a refund on the item I did not receive. Was told this time that Uber cannot refund after a pickup order is marked complete. The side I did receive was fairly tasty, but I would strongly advise to order directly through the store, not through Uber Eats. The prices on their direct menu were less expensive than Uber Eats as well.

Terrible service and hit-or-miss quality pizza. Second time we got a goopy pizza from the Palmer location, we called the store and an employee named Aiden was awful to deal with. Rude & hung up on my partner. Said he packaged the pizza and it was fine, nothing they could do about it. I called the Wasilla store and they couldn’t do anything about it either, different management. Emailed the company, no response.

Ordered Italian bread which online says 10 pieces and looking at the online photos shows 10 pieces. But when I got it not only did I not receive all pieces it was a lot smaller than what I’ve ordered in the past. Food was also cold I picked it up right on time and lived only 5 mins away so it made no sense for it to be cold. Called the establishment and they didn’t offer a refund or to remake it.

It’s a great go to for a quick pizza and tastes good. I especially love the last Tuesday of every month $6 pizza all day long. Cheese or pepperoni. Great lunch option for a hungry crew

I ordered a meat pizza and 2 pizza brownie’s. The delivery driver was chill and everything was warm and toasty. Everything was $43 and I left him with $50. I left him with a $7 tip. I was feeling generous because the driver seemed like a really nice chill guy, and also because of the gas rising prices. I’d recommend buying from this Pizza restaurant anytime. Keep up the great work! 🙂

The worst experience I have had in a long time. The worst customer service experience in a long time, rude!
I ordered the pizzas based on the prices on the website. I get to the restaurant and I’m told that those prices are old prices and that’s not what their food cost now. OK, they said I got a discount for paying cash, my total was over $70, I pulled out $100 bill. I was told that I could not pay With $100 bill because they don’t accept hundred dollar bills. There is a sign in front of the cash register, it’s ripped, but he did pointed out to me. is noted on a torn sign in front of the register. Luckily, I had my debit card with me and money in my account. OK, I guess I’ll pay with card. And then I was told I would no longer be getting the discount for paying with cash, because I was paying card. I asked if I could talk to a manager or who I could file a complaint with. The cashier told me I could complain to him or the Manager but it wasn’t going to do anything or change anything.
Also, they serviced me my garlic Parmesan wings plain with just a dipping sauce and the wings were so fatty. We could hardly eat them. The pizza was ok.
There are plenty of pizza places in Alaska and this will not be one that I would recommend to anyone!
Work on your employees customer service skills and update your website, it’s 2025.

We have had great pizza from the Huffman store in Anchorage but this was the worst pizza we have ever experienced!! Booo! Blah blah
The staff was fine but we always order the same Pizza and I have to say this was not a good pizza they did not take the time or quality to put this pizza together. Don’t think I’ll order from them again.

Great Alaska Pizza Co. Palmer location is Local Business Perfection. Everything this community needs for moving day,sports banquets, when you can’t make it home because your starving, anything.
