This usually isn’t my favorite location, it’s very busy in the 6-7am hour and often the mobile orders are running a bit late.
Until today. The barista working around 630am on 1/28/26 went offffff! My drink was ready upon arrival, so pretty, filled to the top, so yummy, and already had a sleeve. Give this person a raise!

I’ve never had any problems with Starbucks. I recently moved and was so glad that a Starbucks is so close to my neirborhood. I usually go there before going to work around 6 AM. For the last couple of times I noticed I had to wait for someone to take my order due to the employee talking to each other. It’s like their own conversation are more important then serving customer. It’s not busy at that time and not many people around. I understand they have to do drink orders online but I also feel they also need to take order for people at the store. I get the same drink each time that I go.One time the person that got my order wrote the wrong name and I was waiting for awhile and soon I had to ask about my order. Another time they took my order. I waited and waited. They never call your name once the drink is made. I said to them it would be nice if you said the name of the person that’s waiting for their drink. The responds back that I got is “it’s early in the morning” I was not impressed. Maybe I just need to order online from this location.

I usually don’t leave reviews—especially negative ones—but I feel compelled to share my experience. This is the third time I’ve ordered from this location and received drinks filled to the brim with ice. By the time I take a sip, they’re watered down and unpleasant. I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for over a year and have always praised their excellent customer service and consistent drink quality. Unfortunately, things have changed recently, and my drinks haven’t been up to their usual standard. As someone who visits Starbucks nearly every day, I definitely notice the difference. It’s disappointing to have to write this, but I hope it brings attention to the issue.

I’m a regular Starbucks drinker, I went by this location ordering a tall red eye , when I got it I noticed the change on the size of the tall cup and I questioned it, the employee that handled me the cup tried to explain to me the different names and sizes, I answered I’m aware of that and with a attitude she replied; “well that’s what it is “ and walked away.

You need to retrain your employees. Marissa is making drinks and grabbing the cups on the inside of the cup with her dirty hands. I thought you all were supposed to be legit with training. Why would anyone not just grab the outside of the cup? That is disgusting. I’m very grossed out. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had at this location. I’m pretty annoyed.

I from Montgomery County Maryland I actually came out here today to visit a friend and I love Starbucks go to Starbucks every day before we’re gonna have to work and I just love this in different ones with this specific location. I happen to go in there to get a green tea lemonade, and I must say I totally love the tea by the way, however I just left no more than 20 minutes ago and I had to make sure I write a review the people in there are so polite even the customers and I wanted to personally shout out Yazid For being, so totally welcoming and nice and thank you for making my birthday so pleasant because I did have a bad day. I had to pay for emissions and other car repairs that idid not expect. He come in his Starbucks happy birthday to me and thank you again Yazid for making my day even better and welcoming me to you guys store. I will be back at this location on purpose. Also a shout out to Marissa thank you Marissa you were so cool you guys are so polite And again I will purposely drive To this location from Montgomery county just to see you guys. Thanks again you’re awesome.

This Starbucks is one of the best with customer service I have ever been. I ordered two drinks that were unfortunately made in a way that I disliked. Moreover, Starbucks employees like Yazid and his crew on Nov 18 night shift Made my drinks in the most wonderful way that I have ever tasted and even offered compensation upon my next visit. They are very respectful and cautious with treating their customers. It was a bloody pleasant experience. Thank you Yazid and your night shift Baristas!!! Y’all are the best & definitely going back! I would like to note that their internet is great, store is clean, unisex toilets also very clean!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Starbucks in Clifton for years, but sadly, the quality and attention to detail have declined significantly. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences recently that make me question whether this location still takes any pride in its service.
For example, my go-to drink—a green tea frappuccino—has been consistently prepared incorrectly. Despite always requesting it double blended and with one classic syrup, the staff repeatedly get it wrong. Even worse, the drink is often sloppily made and sometimes filled to barely 70% of the cup. Today was yet another frustrating example.
I’ve occasionally gone back to request corrections, but when you’re picking up a mobile order on the go, this back-and-forth is simply not practical. It’s unacceptable for a brand charging premium prices to deliver this level of careless service.
Frankly, I’ve had enough. Unless this store makes serious improvements, it’s time to stop giving them my business.
