The server complained about us and talked trash about us while we were still in the restaurant. The quality of the food was worse than you might get at a fast food restaurant. I should have gone to Five Guys down the road. Portions on the fries were scant. 15$ for a burger and fries? And a quality that tastes like frozen things reheated? Greasy and not properly seasoned. The location is not very accessible. The parking lot is tiny. The decor of the restaurant tries hard, but feels like a corporate sports bar or a Buffalo Wild Wings with delusions of grandeur. They serve beer and alcohol but with the type of service which we got, I wouldn’t stick around. Next time, I will cook my own…

Decent place to eat, loudish music, interesting menu, and very friendly staff. Seems to have some issues with staffing due to shortages right now but management is going above and beyond to try and rectify the problems. Give this place a shot for sure!
If I had to give a critique it would be that the wings have ALOT of breading and think they would have better luck with fresh or naked wings.
Over all, I will be returning.

Clean and inviting environment and a welcoming Owner, Aaron, that checked in to see if I was enjoying the meal! I loved that!! I chose the Impossible Burger and added jalapeños and pineapple. I truly appreciate places like this having vegan options. The price is comparable too! This was my second visit ever and is definitely a new favorite Burger Joint!!!

After eating here 3 times now, this is my new favorite place to get a burger. The food is good, the place is clean, just an all around nice experience. Their regular fries are not my favorite (they’re round like thick potato chips but not very crispy), but I really like the onion rings and sweet potato fries. Would recommend.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I got the Hawaiian salmon burger and onions rings and it was sooooo good.
The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and food came out fairly quick.
We’re excited to go back to try other things. Highly recommend!

Have really liked thus place before tonight. Ordered a lamb burger and sweet potatoes fries. God home with a warmed chicken sandwich and my fried were half French fries. Don’t know who thinks this is acceptable.

My cousin, her husband, and I tried out BurgerIM for the first time on Sunday afternoon. We were pleased with their social distance requirements in place (masks required, 6ft distance floor markers, hand sanitizers, line outside if line inside reached a certain point). I ordered the Hawaiian Salmon burger with everything that comes on it sweet potato fries and the cookies and cream milkshake. The burger was good, the sauce on it was amazing! There’s a lot of sweet potato fries that come with the meal, the con side of that is its definitely possible to get full off just the fries and the pro side is you aren’t wondering what happened to your fries halfway through the meal because you have plenty. The milkshake was okay, it could be more cookie.
The second meal ordered was the Duo with the grilled chicken and angus beef, BurgerIM fries, and strawberry milkshake (not pictured). Keep that in mind the protein for the Duo is only 3oz, so they resemble sliders.
The third meal ordered was the Angus Beef burger with onion rings. The onion rings were cooked to perfection, not soft and not too crispy–just right.
We will return if we’re in the area.

Favorite burger is the Angus with Swiss. Delicious, well seasoned, and very filling. I also enjoy the onion rings or sweet potato fries as my side!

Unfortunately I didn’t try the water but the burger was slamming. I brought my father and wife along with me, next time we’ll try the shareables to get more variety of flavors. But the taste was great. Got some lamb meat, woo. ♂️
