I unfortunately feel the need to leave a review of my experience here. I’ve been coming to this establishment more times than I can count and I’ve been very happy with the portions and the services. My visit today was extremely disappointing tho. The attitude of the cashier and one more server felt very unwelcoming. The lack of ingredients makes a very bad experience altogether too. Missing veggies, vinaigrette and the portions are way off.
I’ll come back but I hope my future visits are way better just like I’m used to.

This Chipotle was great when i visited it. the rice was juicy and warm, the meats all fresh/moist and cooked properly, the salsa thick and savory.
The staff were nice and the store was clean.
I got the Barbacoa and it was perfectly seasoned and juicy.

I can’t recommend this location any longer, prices have gone up and food quality and portion size down. It’s a pity as the whole family quite enjoyed the food but not like this. I was shocked after my son picked up a take out order and opened the container to see less than half of the bowl with food, the 3 bowls we ordered were the same, with all ingredients and rice, rice was nowhere to be seen….

I unfortunately do not recommend this location, the last time I went I got rotten salad (see pictures); it was a to-go order and I did not notice until I got home, I had to throw it away. The past times there were no napkins in the restaurant and there was chaos in the assembly line compared to the San Diego / NY locations I’ve been at. Also, the portions are way smaller, I can confirm this – I’ve ordered tacos, a burrito and a salad…. all like 30% smaller than other locations. All in all, the ingredientes are not fresh and the staff is unprepared.

This place has taken a sharp nosedive.
I used to come here after the gym regularly. Reliable protein, decent portions, consistent quality. That Chipotle is gone.
Tonight was bad enough that the guy behind the counter literally handed me a number to complain before I even asked. That alone says everything.
Protein portions? Skimpy. Like someone was paying for chicken out of their own paycheck.
Rice was undercooked. Crunchy rice in 2026 is wild.
Guac? Barely there. Paying extra for a suggestion of avocado now?
Overall quality? Rushed, sloppy, and careless.
For $23, this bowl felt like it was assembled by someone who doesn’t eat here and doesn’t care if you ever come back.
This used to be a solid post-workout stop. Now it’s just another location cutting corners and hoping regulars won’t notice. We noticed.
If management doesn’t step in, this store is going to bleed loyal customers one skimpy scoop at a time.

I’m giving 1 star because I ordered double steak and felt I received only few cubes of steak. I also ordered my bowl with fajitas vegetables missing and also the bowl was filled half the usual amount. The rest of my family received half size portions as well. I guess Chipotle is not interested in returning customers. Oh well. This is just dishonest and misleading. Better just advertise we are not raising prices but instead we reduced portions by half.
