This is unexceptable.
It was Monday night and a friend and I decided to stop by our local sonic before heading back to campus.
I ordered a large order of fries and a large sweet tea.
Everything appeared fine until while eating my fries I noticed 2-4 stands of Hair!! In my food!
This is unsanitary and quite frankly disgusting. I will continue to use this location because it is my only option but rest assured I will be only purchasing drinks from now on.

Ordered 2 large chili cheese tots, a footlong chili cheese coney, and a burger. Got home and it was all wrong except for the burger. Got 2 footlong chili cheese coneys and a small cheese coney. Went back to sonic and they wanted extra money for their mess up. Usually, they are supposed to either refund you your money or just remake the food that you already paid for. Not make you pay extra. I will never eat here again and make sure others who eat here are aware of this as well. The staff are extremely rude and don’t care about their job.

Ordered 2 large chilli cheese tots 1 for long coney got home had 2 foot long coneys and a hot dog in the bag brought it back and they requested more money to fix there own mistake and we’re extremely rude. Don’t eat here

The food is good, the real issue is that the orders are wrong, a lot of the time. The ones bringing the food are always happy and cheerful though.

The flavor of the food was decent for fast food. It was entirely just thrown together. Everything was falling apart and had ketchup/mayo all over the outside of the bun. I had asked for the burger to be well done because I have issues with textures, and cooking meat a little longer helps, but they did not cook this one well done. We ordered a large mozzarella stick (8 pieces) and asked for extra marinara sauce, but we had to ask a second time for the ONE extra container. I will even pay if I have to. It isn’t a big deal. We just wanted the sauce, so there was plenty for dipping.
When we started placing the order, the female taking the order wasn’t rude necessarily, but she sure wasn’t friendly either. It seemed to be a big inconvenience for her. I understand people get tired and frustrated with public positions, but if your employee is at that point, it probably isn’t the best idea to have them taking the orders.

MY CHICKEN WAS RAW. I had my sister get me pickle fries, a pretzel, and a chicken slinger. The pickle fried were soggy and oily, the pretzel was doused with salt. Those things I can get past, but then I bit into my chicken slinger and it was RAW. the chicken was raw and I didn’t notice until I had already eaten half of it. I feel so disgusted. I’m not pleased.

Full service Sonic location and Arkadelphia Arkansas. They have the same menu that any other Sonic typically has. You can order from the app and doing so gives you half price drinks. It’s pretty close to HSU so it’s convenient if you’re going there or coming from there. Not a bad restaurant.

Do not go here. Whoever “Corporate” is should be embarrassed & they are destroying the Sonic brand by not investing in this location. Many of the “stalls” don’t work – the screen doesn’t work or the credit card scanner doesn’t work or the red button to order doesn’t work, though the screen may indicate that the red button has been activated. When I asked why there isn’t an out-of-order sign on the broken stalls, I was told that “corporate” won’t allow that.
Corporate also seems disinterested in painting and maintaining the place with functional equipment. I can only imagine how bad it is inside the store after decades of neglect.
And this broken-down location has a reputation among the locals. It’s no wonder their business has dropped off. So bad, in fact, that the big sign out front only reads “We are open.” Not for long, I assure you.
To be fair – The carhops are consistently friendly and seem understanding of their customers’ frustration. Sometimes, they have to come take orders in person. And often have to take your debit card inside to process. The place is as clean as it can be, no trash outside. My guess is that the management and employees are quite good.
And the food and drinks and people are not bad. But you may never get to place an order. I will never go back to this location. Avoid the disappointment and frustration. Do not go here.

Not sure why all other towns get a new Sonic but us. They try to update but can’t seem to keep it maintained. Half the order screens don’t work. We sat in one about 10-15m before moving to another stall. Now, the stall we left said our request had been received and someone would be with us shortly, however, that wasn’t so. Once we moved and ordered, finally, we told the girl the next stall wasn’t working. Her response, “We know”. My question is, then why did you walk past us 8 times and not tell us!? Don’t get me wrong, I like Sonic, my guilty pleasure and they can mix some flavor in your drinks.
