First time here. The guy at the couner was very friendly and the food came promptly. Not too fast, they did make it to order. It is a fast food burger. (I rated 5 stars for great fast food, not because it is 5 star food, I’m not at the Heathman or Higgins.) I finished the whole thing (Bacon Double Cheeseburger) without that sense of disgust fast food can sometimes bring. That tells me it was made with love. There is a sense of kindness here. Clean neat restaurant with good seating. 5 stars indeed. This was at 3 pm on 5/11/24

Hey, so I was in the area and I saw this ad for the new Captain Crunch cereal smoothie at A&W. I decided to give it a try, and it was pretty good! It was sweet and tasted just like Captain Crunch. It was basically a vanilla smoothie with chunks of Captain Crunch mixed in. It was $5.99, but it was worth it. I would recommend it if you are a fan of sweet things.

Went to grab food again. And for the 3rd time the manager or whomever was working refused to make what i ordered as it was 70 min before closing and he refused to make waffles because they take to long. As a hospitality consultant I was shocked. He was then rude saying he wouldnt serve me. This same gentleman did this before. Its absolutely unsettling how people like this man can work in the service industry. I will be posting both video and audio of the encounter on various forums. He also used foul language in front of my children. I am sad to say I will no longer support this location and hope others speak up about the absolutely horrific customer service this location consistently displays. Half the time the order is prepared incorrectly.

Not impressed with the food at this location. We ordered 2- 5 piece chicken tender baskets with fries. The food was OLD! Not warm or crispy at all. Old soggy fries, hard old biscuits, soggy cold chicken. Not happy! We aren’t from this area so we had already started driving home when we started serving out the food and were not able to turn around and go back. Also a stale cone. The ice cream tasted good but the cone was stale. Not pleased at all and now I’m out $36 and still hungry!

I’m not real sure but every time I order the chili cheese dog it always seems to be hours old. It has a hard exterior and a gray color on the interior is this safe to eat? Aside from that all of the other food is delicious and I love the root beer freeze so glad we finally got the machine fixed!!
Update 5/23: The chili cheese dogs are much better, a little skinny on the onions but at least look cooked and “warm” when ordered. Also the $2 root beer float is a new favorite.

Their fast with your food. It’s always been fresh, hot and great tasting. Wide variety of different types of chicken. Sandwiches, nuggets and strips there sides are great as well. One of the best tasting Milkshakes I’ve had in years. And last but not least there root bear floats are by far the best around!!!

The staff is always friendly. Almost every single time I have been asked to pull around to wait for food but it is just about always good (there was a time the cheese curds were cold in the middle)

Definitely not enticing as it is on the menu. 16$ for two plain burgers and a polar swirl, burgers are wrapped in the same foil used at your high school. Sad looking burgers of course and the cookie dough polar swirl had these hard pucks of cookie dough inside not what you’d imagine cookie dough ice cream would be. This place is cringe

It’s a fast food joint, you should know what to expect. The service here is good. Employees know how to slip a joke into their interactions. Cheese curds are always fresh. Plus you can’t beat a combo KFC and A&W.
