This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. When we walked in, the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We ordered chicken, fish, and shrimp. Although the fish was fried a little hard, everything was still delicious.

I usually come here with positive outcomes but unfortunately not today! I was the first customer and they opened up a little late today and I had to wait over 30+mins on my food that I placed over the phone in advance and they are under staff they don’t say i’ll be with u in minute or it’s going to be a longer wait like 20minutes due to understaff etc he didn’t say anything..I had someone not able to eat before work due to waiting on food longer than expected this is unacceptable I trusted this place with my money and time recommending people just to get something that’s awful to eat waste of money.Also,when I received my food bag the sauce was spilt out, the lid must’ve not been on all the way. And when i opened the food up it was small baby wings,extra hard crisp,when I tasted it was extra dry and fried way too hard and my okra was horrible as well half way breaded n fried hard.I wish they would let people know if the food would be longer than 30min wait and I dont like my chicken burnt,dry,crispy I like mines juicy,light brown.. I was highly disappointed with the meals I received today!

I’ve ordered from Jordan’s on Pendleton Pike several times. While the owner is always willing to make things right and remake the order when I call, this unfortunately isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with the food quality.
Today, the fish and shrimp were hard and overcooked. At $15 a plate, you shouldn’t get food home and realize it’s not even edible I ended up giving it to my dog.
My concern isn’t about the owner’s willingness to fix mistakes, but about quality control. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, it shouldn’t be served. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency moving forward.

Until a little over a month ago, I had never been inside a Jordan’s. I visited the one on Pendleton Pike, the service is outstanding! The place is clean and welcoming. And the food is fresh! Hot! And on point everytime I’ve visited. I’ve now been four times now, lol. My favorites are the jumbo shrimp and catfish filets! I recommend and approve totally, you won’t be disappointed.

I was not prepared for what was to take place when ordering the first time. Inside is nice a has folks waiting for orders to pick up and eating in.
The food is prep when you order, so there is a touch wait but is WELL WORTH IT. The cost is really kind of cheap considering the amount of food you get.
I order two different plates this first time a Gyro and LG Catfish Plate. Both were OUTSTANDING, the catfish was HUGE and the Gyro was MASSIVE.
Recently paired back and just got the Chicago Style Wings, no sauced up stuff but an excellent full wing which was nice, got some sides of mushroom, poppers and onion rings, all were outstanding

My Philly Cheesesteak has always been a 10.. on January 21st I loved how it was wrapped. It made it easier to eat and enjoy!! What I loved is every bite was the exact same.. Try them out you will love it..

Holy cow, The philly cheesesteak sandwich was amazing. Great flavor, great amount of food, great price. Fries are crispy. I do recommend asking for no lettuce and tomato, that just doesn’t belong there. And I should have upsized my drink. I went through the drive through, it was slow but I dont really think you could make this kind of food as fast as the typical fast-food chain. Worth the wait.
