The pizza is consistently good. The crust is delightfully crisp. The Margherita is a winner too.

House Signature was on point today; very much on par with great slices I’ve had in Manhattan. The Hawaiian as well; ample pineapple and quality Canadian bacon. My only remaining ask would be that they add a Sicilian to the menu.
Wow! The BBQ Chicken is great. Definitely upping to 4+!

Came here for lunch and got the special: 2 slices of pizza and drink. Pizza was fantastic with a nice crispy crust. Really hit the spot on a nice summer day after the beach. Would recommend

Was very disappointed the ‘lunch special ‘ price is NOT so special. BEWARE of the price, you can buy a whole medium pizza for MUCH less than the 2 slices on the so called special. I didn’t see the ‘special’ price posted anywhere so was surprised to find 2 slices and a soda was over $24.00 for two people. It used to be reasonably priced.

Great pizza in a real slice of New York. Friendly owner. It’s in a small mall and it’s not visible from the parking lot. However, it’s worth the search. BTW, I’m a NYer.

When I’m anywhere near Algonquin and I am craving a slice of pizza I go to a slice of New York. The pizza is pretty thin crust so you can really taste what’s on top. They use a cheese blend I think because it doesn’t just taste or feel like mozzarella and it’s really good. And they have lots of different types of pizzas that are ready made and they’re all good. Last time I got the buffalo chicken pizza and the meatball sausage pepperoni pizza, and are ready made and they go into a hot oven so they come out pretty quick. They have beers on tap and they have bottles to. I haven’t tried anyting but the pizza here, but I would like to because this pizza has nice quality ingredients. The atmosphere of the place is like a sports theme with lots of TVs and it looks nice, and it’s always clean. And they have Tabasco!

This is a favorite spot to bring my son for an after school treat. The pizza is always delicious, service is excellent and the restaurant and bathroom are always immaculate. My son said they should get a thousand stars. Thank you for being a reliably great lunch spot in Huntington Beach!
